Theresa, manager very rude and disrespectful. Just watched employee put food (thought was fish in vat), tried to let them know health violation. Manager said we don’t sell fish, regardless the employee placed food item with bare hands in frying vat.

I wanted to order something to eat, but I really needed to use the restroom. I asked them to open it, but they told me it’s only for customers and refused to let me in. I had to go have breakfast at the Starbucks across the street instead. I don’t recommend this place — very unfriendly people.

Pulled up after putting a mobile order in 10 mins prior to them not being able to find the order, then had to pull up and sit in the sun while they made my food. Got home and there were THREE items missing. Called and of course they want you to come all the way back. Dont leave without checking your bag, this location is clearly incompetent.

Staff must have overslept again. Store not open at 7am. Placed a mobile order and staff walking around inside store and don't have the deceny to come to the drive thru window to let you know why they aren't open.

I just went through the drive-thru at this location at approximately 5:32pm today on 6/10/25 (timestamp on receipt) and the lady at the second window was very rude—Attitude, demeanor. I ordered only 1 item (spicy chicken sandwich). I was polite and asked her a brief question about one of the items because mind you, I rarely go to Wendy’s. Her tone was very dry and short as if annoyed. After I payed with Apple Pay, she didn’t even give me my receipt and when I asked for it she gave it to me in a rude demeanor; terrible service. Will never go to this location again.

Have found service at the wendy's has gotten worse and worse over the years
Very fresh
This place did not have any toilet paper and the toilet seat was full of foot prints. Plus I had to wait 45mins just to use the restroom that is not the type of place I would want to eat here. This is unacceptable. Plus my food was not hot it was still frozen the middle of my chicken sandwich. Are they trying to make people sick?!?
