Me and my husband had a single Dave it was terrible no flavor. And the young lady that gave us are order at window was terrible. I will never return to this Wendy’s ever again.

The indoor area is always locked. They only took cash at the register and ran out of the krabby patty combo. They were rude, unexperienced, and slow. Never going to this place ever again. Telling all my friends never to ever eat at Wendy's.

Do not ever go to this location. We placed a DoorDash order for pickup and waited 45 minutes in the drive thru line just for them to tell us they never got our order, but I know they lied because I got the confirmation that they received and made the order and DoorDash support even confirmed so. They didn’t even bother picking up the phone when DoorDash called to figure out why we never got our order. DO NOT COME HERE

This location was pretty good. It started off rocky since the first thing the employee said was their systems were down but I told her we had an app order. We were able to get the order. The chicken Caesar salad was better than expected.

ordered two baconator fries with no bacon (basically cheese fries) & they messed it up so bad by putting bacon which really pissed me off cause i specifically asked for no bacon AND do top it off they put the two baconator fries side ways which made it look so nasty & made me so pissed cause how do you mess up cheese fries? if it doesn’t fit then put it in a bigger bag instead of squishing it together. AND to top it off they forgot my sauce for my nuggets. This order ruined my night for me. Do better.

This was nasty burger was under cooked. I never had a warm soda. A worker did not know what she was doing. The only other worker that did had just clocked off. It was only three here. I see they don’t really hire because of the pay raise. DO NOT EAT

So I go to this Wendy's quite regularly. I will probably never ever visit this location again and here's why. I went through the drive through and ordered a fish sandwich and ask them to drop it fresh. Less than 2 minutes later they came to the window and And handed me my order and I quickly handed it back telling them that I know it takes 5 minutes to cook or drop a new fish fillet. The young man at the window seemed very unhappy with his job and when I asked if they dropped it fresh he shook his head and shrugged his shoulders and his Said " I don't know if they did or not" so I asked them to do it. I was polite and never raised my voice once. After waiting another 6 or 7 minutes for my fish sandwich I had asked a manager to put my frosty in the freezer so it didn't melt. And I got my fish sandwich I also noticed my frosty didn't seem as if it had been put in the freezer or anything as it was melting. I took the sandwich and frosty and decided to eat in my
car. While I was thinking about the cost of this transaction which came to about $12 and .32 cents.
It dawned on me that I had been overcharged. A very nice young lady who I think her name is
Lamia. Took the time to investigate after I ended up going back inside to question why the transaction was so expensive she noted that If I only had the fish sandwich and a small frosty then
I had been overcharged. The manager who had dreadlocks made it seem as if I were trying to get some free food but since I ordered there a lot I knew it was too much money and they didn't give me a receipt but I have the card that I used to purchase the item and he remembered I had just purchased the fish because they had to redo it. It was embarrassing and they made it look like I was just trying to get something for free but there was no apology and he told me that I had been charged for a combo and ended up giving me a refund for the fries and he is the one who handed me the bag with only a fish sandwich in it in the first place So I doubt very seriously if I will ever come back here again at least not for myself. At that rate I used to be a manager and I would have given that customer anything their heart desired money, French fries whatever they had going to them and instead of them saying thank you to me which I did say to him I would have thanked the customer and apologize but I never received an apology I just gotta uh huh and OK.
