App doesn’t work so you can’t use or collect rewards. They can’t even scan your app at the register. The speaker barely works so they cannot understand what you order. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I got the regular instead. No reason to go to Wendy’s ever again at this point. Cheaper fresher and nicer options elsewhere.

Went here for lunch. My large fries were handed to me cold. My Diet Coke had some weird citrus flavor making it undrinkable. How do you have cold fries during lunch?
I work near this Wendy’s and, for some reason they are never busy yet it takes over 30 minutes to get a breakfast burrito meal. They are so beyond slow and have no urgency or customer service. It is ridiculous.
