I don’t know how you can have such slow service and mess up an order this bad. We got spicy nuggets not regular, a chicken burger not bacon cheeseburger, a mint frosty instead of chocolate frosty. These are the only items I orders and they didn’t get anything right. I think the workers are purposely messing up, I just hope they aren’t spitting in my food. Terrible experience.

I really don’t think that you should charge for one sauce maybe extra extra sauces but other Wendy’s don’t charge for sauces and my chicken sandwich was cold and old Ethan could benefit from some coaching on customer service as well

This Wendy’s has horrific customer service. It’s too bad because it’s the closest to my home. When you pull up to the drive thru it’s like you’re bothering them. Yesterday they said they don’t sell kids meal when it’s on the menu. I will NEVER come to this Wendy’s again. The one on Northgate is cheaper, they have ALL meals and are super nice. Go there instead.

I'll just mention the bad parts; fries are always luke warm, the hamburger buns have got to go, also what's up with the pasty green/yellow hummus looking stuff that in all the breakfast sandwiches....? That stuff gotta go.

Order online, when I realized it’s the wrong address and wanted to cancel the order, I was informed that this fast food restaurant has already prepared my nuggets in 10 seconds and therefore I can not get absolutely no refund. This Wendy’s sucks there’s no way you can cancel an order online with refund. DO NOT ORDER

First time coming here and I'm expecting it to be like every other Wendy's. Eddie who was helping us out informed us that they were out of a certain sauce but that he can substitute it for another. Apparently his manager did not appreciate that and rudely interrupted on the mic and stated that we would have to be charged for the sauce. My friend asked even though it was the not our fault but Wendy's that they were out of sauce we would still be charged. Eddie stated he didn't think we should be charged but he was told to charge us. We canceled the order and left. You suck Wendys.
The card reader on the self-service kiosk doesn't work, but there's no sign nor do the 4 teenaged employees tell you. No....they just stand there until you figure out you can't pay there.
Then the fries come out cold and so does the sandwich. The employees are more concerned with shooting the breeze than working.

I I just left Wendy's where I spent quite a pretty penny now I worked fast food and I love to eat so I know what good should taste like and look like the fries were old and cold the burgers were reheated from the day before and not hot like they should be i was so mad then to top it off because my dogs weren't in the car even though I showed a pic I was not permitted the puppy pattie but at the end of the day my burgers will be homemade from now on lesson learned.
