My boba lemonade tasted like jalapeños. 1/10, never again.

The cheese dog and pepperoni, jalapeno pretzel were really good. It was hot and fresh. The prices are high though. The employees were polite and fast. They made sure to give me a fresh baked one when the new ones came out the oven.

We were craving pretzels here and decided to get the salted pretzel bites. They were so warm and delicious. They were fresh and one small bag is enough for two people. They have different dipping sauces. We like ours with cheese dip. Very delicious. There were about 4 workers, but only one working(?) and the line was still slow, hut not too long with only 4 guests? Aside from the line I would go here again. Yummy snacks, ample parking since it’s located in a mall shopping center and it’s kid and wheelchair friendly. Extra convenience for mobile pay options.

Looks like people have had bad luck in the past. I got a great meal and good service now in 2023. Could probably clean a little better in front of the shop, some customer trash sitting around.

Such ill mannered folks. How does an establishment like Wetzel pretzel take cash as the only form of payment. It’s a new rule every time we visit this location. Why the heck did they stop making jalapeño pretzels?

I ordered 4 pretzels and they said it would take 5 minutes but they came out early and I told the cashier to charge me and she didn't know how many people would grab without knowing how to count. His name is Alexander or something like that. Be careful, he doesn't even know how to add, maybe Fortunately, one more worker helped me and gave me my correct order. We will not return again and that is how good businesses are ruined by people who are not prepared and do not know how to make a simple 4-digit account

WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO GO TO THIS PLACE JUST SO THAT THEIR RIGHTS COULD BE VIOLATED BY THE DISRESPECTUL MANAGEMENT OF THIS FAILURE OF A PRETZEL STORE???!!!

The girl taking the order has an attitude, is tremondously racist, and is very rude and ill mannered. The whole staff here is absolutety disgusting and do not live by the ethics and morals that SHOULD be embedded in every human. Everything about this place is extremely nasty and racist. Please, and I mean PLEASE, never waste your time at the atrocity that is this place. The California Department of Social Services Civil Rights will be contacted for discrimination of treatments.

ALL HUMAN BEINGS HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE TREATED WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! APPARENTLY THE EMPLOYEES WORKING HERE DO NOT KNOW THAT!! I am absolutely traumatized at the levels of disrespect that were presented and set forth to an innocent family that was looking to enjoy their sunday afternoon!

Don’t buy from this store. It has the worst service and rudest employees. It is unfair to give them one star but there is no option to give them ZERO stars

DISGUSTING!!! Using the same gloves to get new bag of pretzel flour and pushing the bags in the garbage, touch the dough machine and then went and prep the pretzel dough for the oven! SMH 6/7/2022

I visited this location with my younger daughter on 12/21/21 we were at the main food place down stairs and the young lady that was working the front counter and register was not only moving so slow she wasn't wearing her face mask properly she she's wasn't knowledgeable about any of the food and what was in the oven she was playing and twisting her hair and as I proceeded to place my order n finalize my purchase she moves right from the register and proceeded to grab Mines n my child's food with those same bare hands that handle money and was playing with her hair I asked her to please put on gloves so she put 1 glove on and laughed and rolled her eyes she needs more food handling an safety training and better customer service worst experience ever here...
