We were craving pretzels here and decided to get the salted pretzel bites. They were so warm and delicious. They were fresh and one small bag is enough for two people. They have different dipping sauces. We like ours with cheese dip. Very delicious. There were about 4 workers, but only one working(?) and the line was still slow, hut not too long with only 4 guests? Aside from the line I would go here again. Yummy snacks, ample parking since it’s located in a mall shopping center and it’s kid and wheelchair friendly. Extra convenience for mobile pay options.

Looks like people have had bad luck in the past. I got a great meal and good service now in 2023. Could probably clean a little better in front of the shop, some customer trash sitting around.

I've gotten pretzels here before and honestly i've been fine, they are always nice and helpful at the front. This 1 star is only for my recent purchase. I got diarrhea that evening man and then to make matters worse I thought i'd be fine the next day and didn't think to eat light to help my stomach recover which i should have, and got it again the 3rd morning Gonna keep it super light on my stomach today but it was triggered after the pretzel, i started having stomach cramps before dinner that day. I think i'm good of pretzels for the foreseeable future. Update: haven't been able to digest properly for a week, i think i caught some intestinal bug

I ate pretzels maybe three or four times in my life. Today I I stopped by cause I wanted my wife to try it. Youssef where city, serious and hard-working. They were cutting and making a cutting and making nonstop. They were working like bees. We got the simple pretzel. It was perfect. We had one pretzel and that was enough. It hit the spot. Excellent location and excellent pretzel and staff.

Customer service is horrible went around 5 on a Sunday all the women that were working never greeted anyone and when they asked, my four year old wanted hot dog bites none were made but the long hot dog pretzelWhich he did not want. Asked them how long it will take to make hot dog bites and the lady frowned in the back not wanting to make it another lady next to her said something in Spanish and the cashier said oh we're not making anymore today knowing there was someone making pretzel bites. Your open and if asked as a Customer how long the wait for hot dog bites and instead of saying a couple minutes which I would waited knowing they closed at 7 so there was no excuse not to make it for a paying customer. At that moment I didn't like the customer service and walked away. Would not return.

Bought pizza bites at the stand upstairs across from Hollister at Arden mall on 3/24 around 3pm. I thought it was closed as you could see no one. As we walked to the stand there was a woman sitting at the end on her cell phone talking. She got off and asked what we wanted. I told her pretzel bites and she gave us pizza bites. I took it right back, told her we wanted pretzel bites not pizza and she took the bag back and put them right back in the window to give to someone else. She then gave us what we ordered. It was clear she had no intent to be polite with a service attitude and acted like we were a bother so she could get back to her cell phone conversation. Mgmt needs to talk to her about how to treat customers and listen to what's being ordered.

I ordered 4 pretzels and they said it would take 5 minutes but they came out early and I told the cashier to charge me and she didn't know how many people would grab without knowing how to count. His name is Alexander or something like that. Be careful, he doesn't even know how to add, maybe Fortunately, one more worker helped me and gave me my correct order. We will not return again and that is how good businesses are ruined by people who are not prepared and do not know how to make a simple 4-digit account

I love pretzels so much even though they aren't good for you. I have a slight addiction. My problem with this place is never enough people checking out. Always a line. Pretzels are fab!
Got the pretzel bites with cheese dip. Cheese dip is not good lol. Better off going to a restaurant that makes their own cheese sauce. Pretzels were super buttery/oily to the point the bag was soaked. I'd probably ask for no salt next time if I ever came back since I felt it was too salty.

The girl taking the order has an attitude, is tremondously racist, and is very rude and ill mannered. The whole staff here is absolutety disgusting and do not live by the ethics and morals that SHOULD be embedded in every human. Everything about this place is extremely nasty and racist. Please, and I mean PLEASE, never waste your time at the atrocity that is this place. The California Department of Social Services Civil Rights will be contacted for discrimination of treatments.
