The worst location in sac the bathroom is always out of order even for paying customers and they have the temperature like an oven in there. The thermostat read 80 degrees inside. Please fix the bathroom and the ac this is not an enjoyable experience while dining here. Staff is also very rude, they tossed our food on the table in bags after we told them we were dining in.

I just left the weinersnitzle behind my house.Their walk in is never open so i walked up to the drive through window, where i always order when the inside is closed and the manage girl there tonight was rude. And wouldnt sell me an oreo cookie mint shake.. and she was rude about it. I walk through this drive through like 3 nights a week with my seven year old. For shakes or sundaes. He likes the ice cream there. And we legit share an alley. And she was rude as hell and i wont be going back. Shes got serious people issues

I ate there today and I’ve been sick to my stomach all day since I ate there and I’m not the only one who ate there my friend and her husband did to and they’re both sick too. Both of them are throwing up every single other symptom of food poisoning. All we ate was a meal number #1 2 chili cheese dogs with no onions and a large fry and large drink and one extra chili cheese dog on the side. We’re all highly upset over the situation right now because now two of us are going to miss work and the other one still has to push thru being sick because they have children at home.! We spent $20 on some food that wasn’t even good it obviously was bad in some way shape or form cuz it made us sick in just a few minutes to hours after eating it i dining even finish my food personally

If you’re having that conversation with your girlfriend about “where do we eat tonight” and you run out of options and you think that maybe weinerschinitzel isn’t all that bad and it might be fun to try… pull the E brake and flip a U turn, and go buy a frozen pizza instead. Keep driving by it, don’t look at it, just ignore it. The food WAS HORRIBLE! Worst 20 bucks we have spent in a while?

This place is disgusting! Came on my lunch ordered chili cheese fries opened them up & a piece of hair is just laid mixed up in my cheese. I request a refund & the manager tells me i need to dispute the transaction with my card company since i payed with apple pay. Manager was very uninterested with even helping me and put it off on a young man who was very nice btw. Food sucks management sucks i will not be back!
