First time eating at Wienerscnitzel and NOT disappointed AT ALL. This location is GREAT. Counter people are very nice and friendly. Food is cooked PERFECTLY and DELICOUS. I'm in town on business for a week and will eat here every day. John has always been OUTSTANDING at the front counter. THANK YOU.

It’s been years since I’ve been inside of a Wienerschnitzel. The one I frequent is in south Sacramento. I came to this one and was shocked at the difference. This place is 100x cleaner and better. They close at 10pm and I got inside at 9:30. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who helped me out but he was super nice and cool. The food was better and fresher than other locations I’ve been to. If I’m ever craving wienerschnitzel again I think I’ll make the 25m drive to this one. They have a big parking lot and is right off the freeway.

I understand that a franchise has the right not to participate. I have been going here for years. I was told yesterday that the do not support my favorite Wiener Wendsday Special. NOT HAPPY...LOL

I've lost my affection for this place. Both chili cheese dogs included hot dogs that were so hard they had to be removed from the bun to confirm the questionable issue. Served in the 6 pm hour. So sad. I didn't do anything to deserve being sold and served these.

Super expensive, bad, and dirty. The wait staff had a messy and dirty place. I don't recommend this fast food restaurant. The manager needs to put things in order. The employees don't seem motivated to do their jobs.

3-21-2025 brought my grand kids here for a corn dog and ice cream cone. The inside of the place looks like a gutted storage room. The fellow who took our order messed it up twice. Charging me for things I didn't order. This place is a mix of franchises gone wrong and employees who don't give a damn.

Bad attitude ! The lady at the drive through window so I asked for the manager and she walked up with a bad attitude as well I tried to speak calmly but they only wanted to argue yell ans screem, I said that's OK I will take to corporate, her response was I DON'T CARE!

I made an order online on 2/21/25 through Weinerschnitzel at Advantage Way in Natomas. Upon arrival I'm told that their ice cream machine had been down for 3 days and that I would have to contact someone through the app to get a refund. The app states that if you have a problem with your order to contact the location that you made the order. Do better, Weinerschnitzel!! Do you know how many people that ordered through your app that were unable to get refunds for 3 days?? I found a phone number on my receipt that went straight to voicemail and didn't give a name or any indication that it was even a Weinerschnitzel phone line. Your employees should be able to update the app to reflect that your out of a food item. It would save our time and money. Get with the times! We have too many choices in the food industry to have to deal with this extremely inconvenient issue that has such a simple fix. Figure it out.

Walking in the door almost turned me away. The outside trash cans were overflowing. Disgusting!!! Disappointed that there are no meals deals for only one dog.
