Every time I order there’s something missing or fries are over cooked. The shift manager today running around frantic. Soda machine only had Coke. They couldn’t get it working. I highly suggest another location or restaurant. Staff totally unprofessional.

The wings are ok. I actually went to do a pick up for my wife. It was a 45 wait time before I could go pick up the order. Once I arrived I realized this was going to be a nightmare. Nobody that works at wingstop knows what’s going on or how to operate the stop. It is so dysfunctional. I asked a simple question and the lady at from have me a boat load of attitude. Kept telling me that I have to wait. After of about 30 minutes of waiting I asked about my order and the lady told me stop asking! I wanted to say something but I didn’t want to start a scene over some mediocre wings. Unfortunately, I’m not going back there again. They need to get it together. Such a negative experience! I wanted over an hour after my 45 wait time. Total 1:45 minutes to get a 10 piece wings. Geez 🙄

The Mexican lady with the big brows at 7:20 pm on March 31st 2025-with the big lashes was very RUDE and inconsiderate of the customers. I asked which was which flavor because I ordered 5 and she said “we’ll check them” with an attitude. There was sauce ALL OVER THE CONTAINERS. if I wanted a mess or rude behavior I would have went somewhere else !!!! Smh disgusting she needs a new job if she don’t like this one !!!
