Beyond pleased with this location. I’ve been to many wing stops and I will say this location and its customer service tops them all. A BIG shout out to Mayra for her outstanding customer service her greeting me as soon as I walked in making me feel very welcomed my food was perfect temperature and was done fairly quickly I will most definitely be talking about this all week again Mayra thank you!!! and I will be eating here again

Last 2 out of 3 deliveries food was missing. They need to make sure all the food is there before it leaves. Called number on Google to resturant and couldn't even get an answer from a real person. Called multiple times no answer.

Better than last visit. The counter person was nice. My order was correct. Inside is like a warehouse. Dimly lit, dull walls, definitely not conducive to dining in. But maybe that's the way they want it. Get your stuff and get out. Other Wingstops are nostalgic WW2 art mode machine that doesn't leak, & well lit. Reference site in West Sac near IKEA on Reed Avenue.

The wait time for take out is always longer than any other location! We waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes and this time more than 45 minutes. Not coming back to this location again 👎🏻

I stopped ordering from this particular Wingstop after multiple bad experiences with their food being drenched in oil—literally pools of grease in the dish—and so over-seasoned it was inedible. After several months, I decided to give them another chance, hoping maybe there was a new cook. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again—this time receiving scraps of batter in place of real chicken strips. It feels like the quality has gone downhill, and it’s frustrating as a customer who wanted to enjoy the food but can’t.

Every time I order there’s something missing or fries are over cooked. The shift manager today running around frantic. Soda machine only had Coke. They couldn’t get it working. I highly suggest another location or restaurant. Staff totally unprofessional.
