3-21-24 at 10pm today i ordered over 50 dollars worth of food to come home and half my order is missing . These people need to learn how to read properly . They also need to know respect when someone is talking to them . Phones dont work and when i confronted them about it they said dont worry these phones dont work . The lady told her other employees i just wanted more food . I wouldnt be worried about coming back if i didnt spend over 50 bucks !

I placed an online order. It was supposed to be for the following day. The system put it in for as soon as possible. I tried to call the restaurant to correct it no one answered. I called been calling for the last two hours. No answer they keep picking up and hanging the phone up I went to the establishment they said that they had given my food away.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would!!!! Such a waste of money!!!! Ordered $102 worth of wings and fries for a birthday party and the wings were sooooo dry they were not edible! We ended up ordering pizza instead because when I tried calling no one is answering the phones!!!!!! Very very very unsatisfied and I want a refund! This is absolutely ridiculous! The food was absolutely disgusting. Very unprofessional to not answer your phone for over 10 minutes, where I can’t even get a hold of anyone. I will be coming in for a refund tomorrow!

Damn wingstop needs to hire someone more customer friendly as a cashier. This guy Daniel is a different kinda cat.I walked up. He mean mugged me for a bit. Then asked me what I wanted.. like dude seriously. Then his speech was all off. Dude needs to cheer up a little bit. We all work different jobs atleast have better customer relations. It's better in the evenings but nights hmmm

Very dissatisfied with the customer service provided on 12/24. At 5pm with the cashier. He does not welcome you into the store, then when we were ordering he took no time to go over the sides or dipping sauces. He just gave a blank stare… we were told 35minute wait that eventually turned into one hour. Once we got home mind you we live 10min away the fries were cold. Never going back to that location. Please provide more customer service to your employees after all they represent your store. Attitude and friendliness go a long way.

Absolutely amazing friendliness of the lady working at the cash register; she was enthusiastic and professional at her work. The wait time was long at this location given it was a busy Saturday evening, but the food came out tasting great and well seasoned.

This place is actually terrible. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Tonight, I came in to pick up my online order that was supposed to be ready in 3-8 minutes. This man with long dreads had checked the bags and said my order was not ready, so I asked 3 more times if my order was ready and he kept saying no. Finally after waiting there for 35 minutes, I asked again and it turned out the food was on the shelf this whole time. He just kept reading it wrong when the name was obviously clear.
