Genuine customer service, I had the opportunity of having Gabriella as my server she greeted me and gave me enough time to look over the menu was very patient with me even during her late shift! I appreciated Gabriella and her team who had that closing shift, food was made to standard very friendly Staff timeframe given to me was shorter than what I waited. This location has very yummy food overall great experience.

Stephanie, the manager, was excellent! My first time at a wingstop and I’ll be back. Stephanie was very kind, helpful and I had to run outside for a minute and she chased me down to bring me my food, plus wrote an encouraging message on my bag. If I’m in the area we’ll definitely be back!

I went in and the woman in the front was generous/kind. Super sweet and gave me an extra ranch
Ordered through uber eats on friday evening. Completely they forget to give one item. It was totally two 20 boneless wings with sides. 10 boneless wings were missing. I called the restaurant and they confirmed one of their employees forgot to pack it. There is no support from uber eats too. Extremely disappointed from this experience.

Everyone probably has different preferences, but in my opinion they cook the chicken way too long. Tenders and bone in wings were hard on 2 separate visits. The flavors and ranch are delicious so this is a shame.
