On the day we went, there was an incident near or at the wingstop. We saw an employee being interviewed, and we noted that there might be a long wait. Sure enough, there were many people waiting for their food in the waiting area.We waited an additional 10 minutes for our name to be called out by staff. We confirmed our name and went home.Upon arrival we noticed that our order was incorrect. It looked like we had half of our order, but we were missing a whole other combo. Additionally, we ended up with 2 extra fry orders. Unfortunately, we ended up having to share as we didn't want to go back and wait even longer for the staff to redo the order.We considered that the only gentleman working at the time was trying his best to accommodate everyone, while his coworker was being questioned, and we believed they were having a hard enough day to trouble them even further.We did call customer service and are pending a call back as well as a call from the store manager.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Last Friday, I came in looking to dine in with some friends. The person who was taking the order was a young girl. Literally a kid and had the audacity to tell people that were waiting that they weren’t taking anymore orders. Never seen anything like it.

Jennara was super helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure we got our order in a timely manner even when it was incredibly busy inside. She even took the time to double check everything was in the bag.

This location has nothing but little kids here. Even the shift leader is a little kid they need a manager on duty everyone was talking and having a good time too many people on the clock and not enough workers working they can start off by getting some bleach and hot water and scrubbing the front entrance of the doors down, wiping those windows, and cleaning the bathroom making sure you smell the clean when u get in. So on to the problem with my order I ordered lemon pepper chicken didn't get any lemon pepper called to speak to a manager the shift leader said she left I asked what is her name 5 minutes passed and still didn't get the managers name so I just said forget it and hung up. Nowadays I'm just not loving the customer service restaurants are giving out these days with prices so high and businesses are closing employees need to know we are your boss and they need to be more humble.

how this place is still open i have no idea. theyre always making the wrong order. past 2 times i ordered, last time a family memeber ordered, and another time a friend ordered. its obvious they dont care about making the right food and managment doesnt care either since these kids are still working here.
