I waited 2 hours just for them to tell my doordasher that someone else took my order and that they can't remake it for him. HELLO!?! whose fault is that. Don't you guys have to check who is taking the order. ORDER FROM UNIVERSITY/65TH because something is not right at this location.

This is the first time I’ve visited this location and had an issue. I placed an online order 11/8, my confirmation stated 35-45 minutes, ok cool. Due to traffic I got there a little bit after that range. After an hour from my order being placed, it wasn’t ready when I arrived. I waited an additional 10 minutes before asking for status on my order. Mind you I have a hungry kiddo waiting. They realized my order ticket was never printed so it was printed and they quickly made the order. I hope it actually tastes good but I’m so angry, I should have received my money back! Absolutely unacceptable for this to happen. There was also so many people standing waiting for orders, not sure what 4-5 employees are doing that they can’t complete orders!

I called to place a mobile order the lady who answered sounded a bit overwhelmed and frustrated when answering I explained how I would like to place a mobile order and said to use the website I don’t know how to use your website and asked if I could do it over the phone which set her off she continued to say no I need to order on the website and hung up on me I tried calling back and no answer I get my wings from here at lest 3 times out of the week and always something goes wrong but it’s the nearest location from my house and this experience makes me not even want to visit this location anymore

HOW is this place still open!? I made the mistake of trying again after many months going to a different location. NOPE! Don't do it! Service is horrible, slow, always about 30mins behind....ALWAYS!

I came here tonight at 10:29 to place an order the girl up from said they do t accept walk ins because they close in 30 minutes and they just washed there baskets. Make no sense and only 1 customer in the lobby it’s empty so you mean to tell me empty lobby and I can’t place an order. Who ever the owner or corporate they needs to look into this.
Disgusting attitude and service! I made an online order, went to pick up my order and no one came up to me, two young white guys-employees passed me and did not even look in my direction. After a few minutes of waiting, a black woman noticed me and spoke to me in an indecent manner! She spoke to me in a raised voice, displeasedly and practically threw a bag with the order at me. I was left with a very unpleasant feeling after talking to this woman and from visiting this establishment in general. My mood was seriously ruined for the rest of the day! I think that such employees should not work with people!

This is one of my favorite wingstops in the area. They almost always get my food 100% right on the first try and whenever they miss something they always get it fixed quickly. I stopped by on "wing day" a couple weeks back and they were PACKED and they were all still being super nice considering everyone was treating them like garbage.
The employees here rock and are always chil, the worst part is just some of the people that go in to order and then expecting things way too quickly
