was worried as the other google reviews were really low but i found my experience to be quite pleasant! workers were really nice and i received my order in about 10 minutes. ordered the boneless combo in garlic parmesan & the hot rub and it was great! highly recommend for chicken luvers. i’ll definitely come back to try the other flavours

I did an online order right after work. I got there food was ready. Bag said quality checked and signed off . I felt confident looked in bag saw my dips. didn’t feel like I had to check one by one when the first to are legit. I got home wanted to chill my blue cheese then discovered I had grated Parmesan cheese in my dip cups. I called and was told they don’t make Parmesan cheese and so I said I would bring it back to show what I received. When I got there only living 8 minutes away she was nowhere to help me or. Found . The guy upfront never said a word he just took the cups and placed them in the fridge and walked back to me with what I ordered and paid for. He never said a Damn word. No apology no how can I help you NOTHING. Free food is not always the goal. An APOLOGY GOES A LONG WAY

Picked up some wings and fries for dinner. Ordered online using available deals. The food was ready quickly. The order was correct, but I had to go back in for a bag they missed giving me. Staff there are not friendly. They ignored me when I came in and never spoke at all. They just handed me the food when asked. The kids enjoy the food there.

I waited 2 hours just for them to tell my doordasher that someone else took my order and that they can't remake it for him. HELLO!?! whose fault is that. Don't you guys have to check who is taking the order. ORDER FROM UNIVERSITY/65TH because something is not right at this location.

This is the first time I’ve visited this location and had an issue. I placed an online order 11/8, my confirmation stated 35-45 minutes, ok cool. Due to traffic I got there a little bit after that range. After an hour from my order being placed, it wasn’t ready when I arrived. I waited an additional 10 minutes before asking for status on my order. Mind you I have a hungry kiddo waiting. They realized my order ticket was never printed so it was printed and they quickly made the order. I hope it actually tastes good but I’m so angry, I should have received my money back! Absolutely unacceptable for this to happen. There was also so many people standing waiting for orders, not sure what 4-5 employees are doing that they can’t complete orders!

I called to place a mobile order the lady who answered sounded a bit overwhelmed and frustrated when answering I explained how I would like to place a mobile order and said to use the website I don’t know how to use your website and asked if I could do it over the phone which set her off she continued to say no I need to order on the website and hung up on me I tried calling back and no answer I get my wings from here at lest 3 times out of the week and always something goes wrong but it’s the nearest location from my house and this experience makes me not even want to visit this location anymore
