Takes way too long even when u pick a certain time. If u want it order like 30 minutes before and it will probably still take some time for them.

The two girls working on 9/14/25 around 8pm did their thing! Busy but they were kind to everyone in line and most importantly the food was great! This Wingstop has always been a hit or miss so I haven't came in awhile. But this night, it was great. Keep doing it like this!

Wings were not seasoned at all and were kind of on the soagy side after having ordered them to be made well done. Fries wherent seasoned either. Seems like this particular store has gone downhill with food quality and service :(

Have my order pick up ASAP in 16 to 21 min and end up waiting 45 minutes after 21 min pick up. Over 1 hr of not having my order ready is ridiculous stupid. Why have the option for pick up asap and its not even asap.

Update: waited more than 1 hr now and I'm hella late to where I'm suppose to be. Never order here again

TLDR:

Online orders? Always late.

Food? Cold—because they can't see your order. Even tho it's right there.

Staff? Rude and checked out.

Customer service? Doesn’t exist.

If the owner sent family or friends to order here, heads would roll.

Will I be back? Yep. It’s close by andthe wings slap on occasion… and I guess I’m into emotional damage now. Frfr

Placed an order at the store. It was not busy and no customers in the store. Even the cashier said we have not been busy. Yet she had attitude and even got my order wrong and forgot items to my order. I believe her name was ajae or something like that. It was the tall short hair African American Girl. No customer service at all and seemed like she hated her job. I get you need a Paycheck but why be at work and take it out on Customers. Please get rid of her ASAP. Every one else in there was friendly and accommodating.
