Placed an order at the store. It was not busy and no customers in the store. Even the cashier said we have not been busy. Yet she had attitude and even got my order wrong and forgot items to my order. I believe her name was ajae or something like that. It was the tall short hair African American Girl. No customer service at all and seemed like she hated her job. I get you need a Paycheck but why be at work and take it out on Customers. Please get rid of her ASAP. Every one else in there was friendly and accommodating.

Folks, lemme tell you somthin, don't let them fool you now. When I ordered two crispy lemon pepper chicken sandwiches, I came back with a sloppy mess that looked like it came straight from the chum bucket. It barely had any seasoning and some of the meat was already off the chicken. The buns had the texture of a damn sponge, A SPONGE FOLKS. I mean, what the hell, it was a simple order that couldn't have been messed up. I've been to many other wingstops that have done a flawless job with my order. I also ordered an original hot chicken sandwhich and guess what I received, a red pretty patty that barely had any sause on it. It almost seemed like they just smeered two ketchup packets on the chicken and called it a day. My cat loves snooping around our food, and when he got a glimpse of that thing you call a chicken sandwich, I could have sworn his back started arching as if the sandwhich was a threat. Please work on the effort you put into these orders, In Jesus name AMEN🙏.

I door dashed food 3 hours before close time. I ordered 25 wings. I only recieved fries. This place is just full of lazy workers that don’t want to stay late and do their job. This place needs a to clean house and get new management and looking at the reviews there’s a trend of not delivering and sending out quality food or food at all.
