They gave me a large fries FULL OF CRUMBS. Waste of my money. They never answer the phone. Food is mid. Other locations are way better. I’m not going to expect a Wingstop to have good customer service so I don’t care about that. This location ain’t it.

This is bad for business. Order last night. It took 2 hours for my food to be delivered at 11:02pm. The dasher waited there and text me said it’s still not ready. I called the store a young lady picked up the phone and then ask me to hold I held the phone for 20 min. Now I got the food.. Nasty… I ate the sweet bbq with voodoo fries. I was sick…. Like hot sweats, feeling I had to throw up. Tummy hurts hurt… all night. I’m just feeling better.. Nasty really want my money back. Will never eat wing stop again. If I do it won’t be this one. One florin. Like order chicken grease is what it tasted like in my mouth. Disappointed and disgusted….

Shout out to Austin, he gave me outstanding service today. Greeted me at the door and took my order with a great attitude! I Haven’t been to this location in a while but I will for sure be coming back!!!!!

They mess up my online. I then had drive back and wait 30 minutes to get the rest of my order. Still waiting pass the 30 minutes now. 2 Star because i got extra tenders but still not worth the extra time and effort to get the order correct.

Raggedy ass wingstop. 1st the employee told me he couldn't sale a 6 piece wing by its self, I HAVE to get a combo. Then when I asked to speak 2 the manager he said he was the manager. Then I hear him n the all the employee laughing. Terrible experience. I just got off work all I wanted was a couple wings but I was forced to buy more then laughed at. Them night employees are very unprofessional

I get it must not be easy serving wings in a location of South Sac, but this place is just an uncomfortable experience when trying to pick up. Service has been an unprofessional mix of stale, "get out my face," and "I don't even want to be here." Lately I have been making the drive to Freeport, Greenhaven, or 65th just to avoid this spot.
