Curious to know how this location manages to get the wing flavors wrong every time. The point of eating at wing stop is getting wings with the flavors you specifically choose.

I ordered a delivery order on the Wingstop app. My order arrived and I noticed I was missing all of my french fries and veggie sticks. I called the restaurant and was put on hold to speak to the manager. I waited on hold for nine minutes. I ended up driving to the restaurant while still on hold once I was in the restaurant. The three employees were in the back talking. After a few minutes, Dan approached the counter. I asked him if he was aware that he had a customer on hold. He told me that his employee had told him that an Uber eats customer had an issue with delivery so that wasn’t his problem. He was just going to leave me on hold, not knowing that I was not an Uber eats customer when I told him that I was missing all of my fries and veggie sticks. He asked me what I expected him to do. I advised him it was my son‘s birthday, and I had children at my house who were hoping for their fries and veggie sticks after a few minutes of going back-and-forth, he happened to look at the bags and realized that one of my bags was still on the shelf. he then told me he was going to remake them for me. Once my fries were remade, the woman handed me the bag, and I asked for my veggie sticks as well. She told me he didn’t tell me no veggie sticks and walked away in the back. The manager told her to also give me my veggie sticks, so she finally brought them out. They offered no apology no resolution. We will not be returning
The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better
Wingstop has good fries good wings good food hot wings the best drinks the best dipping sauce and I like to eat Wingstop especially on game day

Worse customer service dude hung up on me because I wanted to order 50 wing combo instead of just telling me thats i have to order online then girl had attitude issues as well hopefully management gets ahold of this asap

I had an issue with a prior order, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Val for the exceptional service she provided. She went above and beyond to ensure my concern was fully resolved. In a time when many employees are overworked and underappreciated, it is truly refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely cares and consistently gives 100%.
I order from Wingstop often, sometimes once or even twice a week, and I’ve visited many locations. Without question, this location is the best in Sacramento. The entire team is dedicated to quality and consistency, and Val’s outstanding support this past weekend reaffirmed why Wingstop Freeport will continue to be my go-to location every time.

Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.

The employees were extremely rude. I came to pick up my food and there was nothing cooking 29 minutes past my pickup time. Then requested a refund and told they would do it later. As I left with my food I was told to say thank you, laughed at and verbally assaulted about my appearance. It was a dehumanizing experience! I was given half cooked chicken with no sauce and I think the fries came off the floor because I went outside to get my phone

Order twice from this location both times order was messed up 1st order ask for well done wings…my request was ignored or denied …2nd time barely any sauce on my wings ..won’t be ordering from this location again

Poor customer service. It was my first time at a wing place and the employees weren't willing to answer questions or provide guidance. After I ordered i see I sign that they have a promotional deal going on but I was charged full price still. When I asked about the deal, the employee just laughed at me and walked away? $15 for a few dry wings with barely any meat and crappy fries.
