Very nice Service the burrito bowl was excellent. Refreshing the dip and salsa was a nice touch bright and clean.
The service was warm and friendly. Xavier took great care of us. The cocktails were creative and the appetizers and entrees were delicious!
Best staff and service and good food and ambiance. Please keep up the consistency and great job. Sacramento really need good restaurants with consistent food service, and atmosphere and you delivered.
Way too loud!!! The music is so loud you have to shout at others at your table to be heard. The music could be at half the level and still be a festive. TURN THE MUSIC DOWN A BIT!!! It's overwhelming.
We made a reservation here and got right in no problem. We were there for dinner and received very good service! We sat outside and enjoyed the location. The food and drinks were so yummy. We had an enjoyable experience and I recommend this restaurant for an evening out with friends or family. You will leave FULL and with good memories.
We had an excellent meal at Zocalo last night. The food was delicious-expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everyone around us was having a great time and all the vibes were great.
The food is amazing. They were a bit busy so service was a bit slow but atmosphere is always great.

Generic food, generic experience. Love that they expanded seating into the street. Got us further away from the generic EDM playing from their speakers. Their new contact-less service style was awful. Not the ordering but the lack of staff. Chips and salsa were great even though they needed a dash of salt. Drinks were decent, the blueberry marg was slightly better than dece t. The enchiladas with Verde were pretty good, as well as their rice and beans. The wet burrito was one of the most plain, generic burritos I've ever had. Sauce was bland, chicken was unseasoned and dry, and it seemed like the tortilla was too big. Honestly one of the worst burritos I've come across. Prices didn't entirely match the food and service quality. No idea how this place is Michelin recommended. It's a step above fast food.
Edit: opened my burrito at home. Tiny spoon of guac in the middle. Inch and a half thick of tortilla from front to back. Not much chicken. Yikes.
Edit: came back after years. Worse than ever. Staff is great. Food is bad. Not sure how they're a Michelin recommend restaurant. The mole is sub par. The drinks are pathetic. The breakfast burrito was a crime against humanity.
Amazing flexibility with my reservations, service was impeccable, and the food was delicious as always.
Always one of our favorites to go for happy hour, my wife loves the blackberry margrita and the food is always on point. Service is great too.

When looking for a great mexican restaurant you want avoid places like this. But the food in this one is worth it! Ive tried about 80% of the menu and everything is good. If your latino you won't be disappointed. Ask for their spicy sauce.

Every time I’ve been to Zócalo, it’s been a fantastic experience, but this last visit really stood out. The décor is stunning, with colorful touches that make the space lively and upscale at the same time. We started with margaritas, and they were some of the best I’ve had...fresh, strong, and perfectly balanced. The enchiladas I ordered were delicious, with a rich sauce that tied everything together. The staff were attentive and made sure our drinks were always full. Zócalo is one of those places where the atmosphere is just as good as the food - festive, vibrant, and upscale all at once.
