The wine farm was beautifully decorated for tourists, so it was nice to look around or take pictures. The winery tour was ordinary, but I really enjoyed the Nightingale I bought here. 😍

Stunning property & enjoyable tasting/tour. This place would not be what it is without the amazing staff (Mykee, Drew, Alyssa to name a few). Mykee went above & beyond for my family and I - safe to say he’s a highlight in our entire Napa Valley holiday. 5 stars for the people & property - not my favorite winery as my expectations were higher for the cave tour, but I’d say worth a stop for some pretty photo ops & getting a chance to meet the people we did!

The place is beautiful and the selection of wines are great. That being said, we had some problems. After spending more than $1k at the tasting and another $1k out of wines, we felt that we were mistreated by staff. It was raining and they kept trying to stop us from using the inside bathroom. Then, they kept following us to the bathroom to ask if we were smoking inside, which was not only crazy but pretty invasive, as we would open the door to a person outside of the bathroom sniffing us.
On top of that, the woman that was hosting the tasting was really rude, answering questions with sarcasm and behaving like she really wanted us to leave as soon as possible.
All along, we felt like we were not welcome.

Nice grounds and the visit of the caves is interesting. However, it's very commercial. We went there in December so not a lot of people which is a plus, however less enjoyable weather wise.of course.

My husband and I did the cave tour and the wine flight. Excellent experience! Definitely worth the extra price to do the tour! Our guide was great and full of information! It was our birthday & anniversary and they had a sign congratulating us at our seat!

Did not place any order but the vineyard shipped and charged me $203 of wine! The worst is we cannot contact them directly. We can only wait them to call us back. After giving them the receipt, they never call us back or contact us. The problem has still not been solved, and it’s been over a week!

Signed up for a wine cave tour. We were a party of 4, but we were put into a group of 30 people for the wine tour. The tour leader was good…was doing the best he could do with a 30-person gaggle of people following behind.
Feedback for the winery. Hire more wine educators and have smaller groups.
The wine was good. Classic Napa wines. Charcuterie was very good, and you get to take the board home as a souvenir.
After the brief cave tour, we went into a tasting room and had a host that was covering 2-3 tables. He did a good job, but had a lot of customers to cover.
Overall, it was an average experience: (+) Facility and grounds were cool. Very old and historic. (+) Hosts were good, knowledgeable and friendly. (+) Charcuterie was great (=) Wine met expectations. It was amazing…but was solid. (-) Group sizes were so large it really pulled down the overall experience to a max 3-star.

It was a lovely winery to visit, but there was a misunderstanding with the membership and I never heard from them due to an error in information that's taken. I called and they rectified it immediately!! So definitely a customer service oriented team for sure.

Our wine tastings in Beringer were fantastic, and our guide made the experience even better. She had just the right mix of knowledge and enthusiasm, helping us really enjoy each wine. We left with some great recommendations and wonderful memories!
