Ignore the random 1 star reviews. Copper Cane has a fabulous NEW tasting room in Downtown Napa Called Quilt & Co. My sister and I enjoyed our experience there.

I recently ordered one of my favorite bottles from Copper Cane that had flaw when I received it. After emailing the office, I was given a response in less than 24 hours and their team rectified the matter promptly and professionally.I will continue to be a customer because of their phenomenal customer service!

I believe that the 1-star reviews are due to the fact that Copper Cane doesn't have a tasting room. The dot on Google maps is an office location.Copper Cane makes 2 of my favorite pinots, Elouan and Belle Glos.
