Been here twice and love it. Perfect for big parties, outside seating, with great weather and pretty darn good pizzas! Would definitely come back.

Had a wonderful experience! Chef John (apologies if that's not correct) was very friendly and welcoming. Very passionate about the food coming out of his kitchen. I'm a vegan visiting in town and naturally it is a bit difficult to find food that fits my needs. Chef John was warm and friendly and said a delicious pizza could be made without issue. Tori made me an AMAZING vegan pizza. It was absolutely delightful and I ate every single bite! My only complaint is that there wasn't more cause it was just so good I could have just eaten myself into oblivion . Will absolutely return next time I'm in town .

First time in Napa and we choose this beautiful winery, great service and we had the white wine tasting and a cheese platter. The place is beautiful! They also have tours! Totally recommend it!

We visited in conjunction with the Napa Valley Wine Train and were very glad to learn so much about the Charles Krug Winery. The tour was very professional and the wines we were served were uniformly excellent.

This was part of our Napa Valley Wine train tour. Guide was very knowledgeable. No hard sell on Wine club but we joined as the reserve wines are excellent. The salami and Parmesan cheese served on the tour were an excellent addition.

Staff is rude and very unattentive. We were charged $50 for the smallest flight ever and a tiny plate of salami. I will never come back here.

Attending large outdoor wedding, full service, meals for rehearsal and for wedding, inside and upstairs. Receptions. Excellent food, very helpful, problem solving staff. Tours of winery. Everything happened as if in a storybook. Very well done.

We went to Charles Krug Vineyard today and was not happy about the pizza. The lady working was not friendly and wouldn't even put mushrooms on it when we asked and we went out to check to see if our pizza was almost done only to find that it had not even been put in the oven. And they charged $19 for a small personal pan pizza that was the size of a kid's pizza! We asked for a refund and will not be ordering from them again. The winery compensated us with some wine but I really hope they consider a new vendor.
Stopped by the winery when I saw the sign that a new cafe opened, Cucina di Rosa, the staff were warm, friendly, and inviting. Just for that reason alone I was excited to try their cafe. The lady at the register showed me around, and was able to explain everything they offered. In one of their salads, they use some of the fresh vegetables from the CIA garden which I thought was great! I will definitely be trying that next time! I ended up ordering the turkey panini which was to die for. Definitely 5 stars for service, taste and overall environment!
