One of the most amazing wineries that you can visit in Napa Valley. The education about the winery, the wines, as well as the soil, was just incredible. This vineyard is absolutely beautiful and very well manicured, and appointed.

Disappointing. Winery is gorgeous. Wines are fantastic. Our tasting host Tony was fun and knowledgeable and great. But it was unfair that he was trying to do up to 3 tastings at once while busting his own tables. In the 80 mins we were sitting there we maybe got 20 mins of his attention. Not his fault at all, but clearly this is a step to reduce labour costs.

One of the best Merlots and Cabernet Sauvignons! This place is for you if you are into reds. The wine tasting is set in an area that overlooks the vineyard and taking a stroll in the their vineyard after the tasting is exactly what you need for getting a good Napa winery experience.

Most arrogant winery i've made wine tasting reservation with. Would charge $10 more ($65 to $75, 15% increase) plus a 20% service fee if the party is 5 people. That's 35+% increase in cost. They also charge the full amount of cost when you made the reservation. Lived in this area for 5 years and have never seen this. Ridiculous!
My job sent me a bottle of wine as a gift for my birthday and I was excited for it. However it was delivered when I was not home, so my girlfriend had to go pick it up from the FedEx office. She brought with her her ID with same address, my mail which showed my name and my address, and the ticket they leave at the door. The FedEx person told her Duckhorn requested no one else but me to pick it up. They end up returning the shipment. When I called “ customer service”Austin talked to me, was very unhelpful. He told me “sorry I have to be vague with you about the options” he said they gave multiple options to my job company, which is most likely a new charge. I explain to him first of all this is my birthday gift, second it was miss communication between Duckhorn and FedEx and not me or the purchaser should be responsible, since I received an email from you saying anyone who is 21 or older can sign and receive the shipment, he said: that’s not our problem we just ship with FedEx or whoever and they deal with it.
I was very frustrated throughout this awful experience and what was supposed to be a fun gift ended up being a ball of frustration and disappointment. Until now I haven’t gotten my bottle of wine, that was bought for my birthday.
Just in case you want to send someone gift and think it will be a cute thing, prepare for the worst experience in your life with your bottle of wine, that you will never receive

Did the $65 portfolio tasting. Luckily, it was all reds! The wines are excellent. The cheese board is delicious. The service was good. Beautiful grounds and ambiance. We enjoyed sitting outside despite the heat. I really liked this winery, but it is expensive.

I booked Duckhorn Vineyards a few months ago but was unable to visit due to my husband catching Covid. The front desk was super empathetic and kindly moved my reservations to the following month.
Right before my visit this weekend, I had to increase my party count and Marina at the front desk was helpful and prompt with returning my calls to get my reservation updated.
Upon arriving, we were welcomed with a glass a Pinot rose. Our host Miguel, was extremely knowledgeable on the history and the production process of the wine. He was attentive, sweet and provided excellent customer service. This was truly one of the best experiences we had at Napa and we are Bay Area locals who visit Napa often!
Our party of 6 had an amazing time at Duckhorn! With our new membership here, we will definitely be visiting more frequently. Thanks Miguel!
