A delightful and sad moment. We did all of our favorite items, loved our interaction with Laramie, and felt heaviness of heart as we went out the door for the last time. This has been such a treasure in The Valley and we will miss it keenly..
We let them know we were coming up to celebrate our anniversary and were greeted with "Happy Anniversary " and then when we were seated and handed menus, we saw that we had special menus that said "Happy Anniversary " on them. We were given complementary rose sparkling wine. We were treated like royalty and the food was outstanding as always. It is unfortunate that they will be closing at the end of December. We love Goose and Gander!
STICKY PIG EARS!!!! You must get them! If you google it, goose and gander is the first result. They were so good we got a second order for dessert. I wish they were open for lunch. The other food was really good too.
