What a fun birthday celebration for my husband at Hall Wines, we had the most amazing time with phenomenal experience and their wines are sooooo good! This made it to my Top 4 fav wines globally. The staff is great too.
Some of the best cab you can buy...
No need to say more!!!
Such a disappointing experience. The wine was ok but the server was rude. Poured at least two rounds without even telling us what wine it was.
While we enjoyed the wines we tasted we were really disappointed by the service. We actually ended up leaving before our last tasting. We felt ignored and got tired of waiting. After the exceptional service we had from other Napa wineries this was disappointing.
Hall Wines was an experience beyond anything that I could have imagined. When we came to wine taste at Hall, our expectations were not set. I've been too many wineries in St Helena, but I've never been to Hall. The grounds were absolutely immaculate. The winery was stunningly, beautiful. Our server Alfredo Hernandez was knowledgeable, warm, friendly, inviting, and a superb host. I love talking about wanting and asking questions as I taste and both Alfredo and Tom were both a pleasure to engage with. We enjoyed absolutely everything in our experience. We enjoyed everything so much that I decided that after July of this year, I would like to switch my wine club over to Hall from another wine club that I have in Napa. Very much looking forward to our next visit!
We absolutely loved our tour and tasting. We did several tasting during our visit and this one was one of our favorite. Christian was very knowledgeable and he didn’t try to push any sales like in other wineries which made the experience very enjoyable.
4 Stars: Beautiful, But Maybe Less Is More
HALL Wines in St. Helena is absolutely stunning – like a wine lover’s Pinterest dream come true. From the sleek, modern architecture to the artfully curated vineyards, it’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re on a movie set… except with wine, not drama.
The wines? Well, they were… fine. Nothing mind-blowing, but definitely drinkable. I was here with a large group, and while it’s definitely set up for that – tons of room and perfect for a group selfie – it felt a little crowded. My suggestion? Go solo or with just a few people to really soak in the vibe. If you’re like me and enjoy the quiet elegance of your surroundings, a smaller group might let you appreciate it more (and get served faster).
Overall, worth a visit, just maybe scale down your entourage for maximum enjoyment!
Located at the Bergfeld Vinyard at the base of the Mayacama Mountains, Hall St, Helena is a spectacular, 33-acre property off of Highway 29 in the wonderful town of St. Helena.
Inside the winery, they have large wine tasting rooms. With beautiful art throughout.
We sat down and tasted several. All were absolutely wonderful! My favorite is the 2017 Kathryn Hall Cabernet Sauvignon.
We walked the vineyards, and they art sculptures all around.
This is one of my favorite vineyards.
I think that you will agree!
Jasmine is the best—loved the tasting!!
Jasmine was an incredible guide for our wine tour! She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience so much fun. The tour she took us on was amazing, and her attention to detail made everything seamless. Highly recommend booking with her—five stars all the way!

There is truly never is a bad day to visit Napa. But if you do have the chance to come up to Hall winery you will not be disappointed with the variety of Cabernet wines that are produced.
There's some amazing wine educators there that'll make sure you have a wonderful experience. If you do get the opportunity to interact with Joego I know you'll have a great time.
Average. Frontdesk staff need better training to explain to walk-in guests which experience should be chosen. Young man seemed tired and annoyed at my questions asking to explain to me what to expect from a wine tasting so i just opted for a glass of wine instead
Really enjoyed our wine tasting with our guide Jordan!
Joego is amazing! We loved him, give him a raise now.
Ron was truly the highlight of our trip to Napa, a true gentleman, very knowledgeable about wine and all their products, genuinely an ambassador of the winery, couldn’t ask for a better tour guide. Looking forward to our next visit at the Rutherford Caves.
