First time trying at pizza here. Ordered a half pepperoni, jalapeños, and Pineapple. The other half was, BBQ Chicken.They both were really good. I'll be going back again.

I have to say I'm not one to leave bad reviews on any restaurant but I had to today, my family of 4 went to La Prima because I used to love it years ago and I wanted my daughters to try it. From the beginning the girl taking our order was not very friendly, you have to order before you sit down, I had to ask where to get the drinks because she didn't offer any info, no thank you nothing. She was also the one that brought us the food and she would literally drop the drinks, food etc on the table and we would say thank you and she would just walk off without even looking at us. I wish they would allow to tip after the fact because I gave her a pretty good tip for the service we received, we thought we had ordered buffalo wings but the wings were plain and she gave us bbq sauce on the side, we also had a Hawaiian pizza which was ok, but for $30 I was expecting more. All in all we paid over $100 for plain wings, an ok Hawaiian pizza, a small bbq chicken pizza that my husband took one bite and said it tasted like little Caesar's pizza, one pitcher of beer and 1 soda + tip. We will not be going there again mostly because we felt like the worker we dealt with could care less about us when there's so many other places in Saint Helena that make us feel welcome and the food is way better.

Great place, Hasn't changed in 15 years. The staff is friendly and you can hear them sing and laugh, which helps add to the comfortable environment. Customer service is great. The pizza is crispy and delicious. Great place to spend some time eating good food and watching the beautiful town on an afternoon. Also the staff have great singing voices ? 10/10 would eat here again

I'm spoiled by Papa Murphy's...BEST pizza ever but it's 30 minutes from Calistoga plus baking time. La Prima was totally skimpy on everything...crust, sauce and toppings. 30 bucks for a 14" pizza. You can get a 16" from PM for $27...thick crust, generous sauce, extra chicken and generous toppings. Will not go back to La Prima.
Excellent service ! Pizza was really really good! The top their pizzas off with tons of your choice toppings. No shortage with that. Really nice place with a balcony that over looks the street. Overall a dang good pace to snag a pie and a few beers!

First time in Saint Helena and decided to grab a pizza mind you we came in after 8:30 and they close at 9pm not once did we feel rushed at all i didn't get the young gentle men's name at the counter but his customer service was definitely on point Pizza was done less then 15 minutes once we got back home it tasted so good definitely a 5 pizza will definitely be back to try something different.
