We loved our tasting at Markham! Beautiful location and great wine!
We had Scotty pouring our wine, and he was able to give us a taste of old Napa bringing friendly conversation and great history lessons on the valley. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Vineyard.

Markham is our favorite of the 20 we visited that week. We will be joining their wine club... when we finish the wine we shipped home.
Great tasting and our host went above and beyond. While multitasking his guests including a private party, he made us feel more than just welcome. He gave us appropriate time to enjoy our wine, always returning at the right time. He shared history and fun personal experiences living in Napa for over 50 years, while laughing with us. Regrettably, his contact info was lost during wine shipping home.
Had a wonderful time at Markham Vineyards! We found a fantastic bottle of Cabernet, and our tasting guide, Scotty, was incredible. He’s lived in Napa his whole life and shared so much knowledge, it made the experience both fun and memorable. Highly recommend!
The wine is fantastic but the employees are what make this such a special experience. Such a welcoming group of people who are knowledgeable about wine but welcoming and warm. Highly recommended for anyone in the Napa Valley.
It was a fantastic experience. Be sure to go for the exclusive wines tasting takes longer and includes snacks. But it is worth it. The attention of details from Tyler was unbelievable! Thanks and see you soon !
We attended their 3rd Thursday of the month event and had a really great time! The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The food truck that was present was really delicious. Enjoyed the outdoor grounds and the tasting room had a really nice modern feel. I really enjoyed both their Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Merlot which is usually not my go to was a really smooth wine, an easy drink despite the heat. This is a really fun event, you just have to register ahead of time and the event is free, you just pay for food should you choose to eat and any bottles you may decide to purchase. I would definitely go back to this winery on my next trip to California. Thank you again for a lovely evening!
My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Markham Vineyards and I highly recommend putting this on your list for wine tastings in the Napa area. We were treated top notch by Aylen, (I apologize if I am spelling it incorrectly). He was incredibly knowledgable, personable, and made the entire experience worth it for us, if you get the option, we highly recommend you request your experience with him. He also gave us some amazing recommendations for things to do outside of just the wine in Napa. Apart from that, the vineyard itself if gorgeous, it looks extremely modern, while simultaneously preserving much of it's character from the 1800s, and of course, the wine was great, if you have an affinity for reds especially, this place is a must.
We will definitely be back!
Absolutely a beautiful, cosy and generous experience. Loved it.
Scotty was extremely fantastic, phenomenal and some.
Wonderful experience with Andrew. Wines were very good and we were able to taste different types. Excellent customer service.

Andy is amazing. Incredible vibes and knowledge. The place is also beautiful.
Can’t thank Andy enough! Great host super, knowledgeable.
It’s a lovely place. Small pour for tasting.
Thanks Scotty for hosting us for our tasting. The wine and experience was great as always.
When I first visited Markham in 2023 our hostess Cidy was awesome!
As a club member I visited Markham again yesterday with another couple and was completely embarrassed by the experience.
Our host (Alean sp?) basically read off the bottle label to tell us what he was pouring, the pours were like 1-once and no tasting sheet provided until I asked.
Truly a huge disappointment vs other winery experiences in the area.
