Yes, this is a special occasion priced restaurant but I love it. The lighting,, decor, and ambiance are perfect casual swanky. The staff is awesome and the food is really delicious. For a more casual experience sit at the bar of the firepit outside.
Every bite felt crafted with care. The risotto was a standout.
We had an absolutely incredible experience. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is so friendly, the food is delicious, and the presentation is immaculate. We did the five course summer tasting menu and were continuously blown away! This was the highlight of our trip.
Weve been Michelin restaurants around the world, but what sets this Michelin above the rest is the amazing service from Robin; she went above and beyond for everything during our honeymoon dinner
Fantastic and well thought out menu and pairing. Absolute worth a visit.
Let’s clarify. I did not eat at the restaurant. I went to an event at Charles Krug and they were one of the catering tents .
The food was expensive, no surprise there, but it was awful.
They are really cheapening their brand.
I was very disappointed. First of all, if one member of your party is a vegetarian, this pretty much rules out the opportunity for the remaining members of the party from choosing the 5 course or 7 course dinner. Secondly, the portions served are very small. Thirdly,, the protein dishes are not accompanied by sufficient side dishes, so the meal design is unbalanced in my opinion. Fouthly, we asked a staff member if a headline ingredient was locally sourced and that staff member did not know.
Otherwise, the service was good, but not great and the ambiance was nice enough
The Tesla charger outside was a nice touch.
2022, 2023, and 2024 but not 2025. The service was still good, but the food was terrible, and the bill made it even worse.
The menu was not very exciting, the first three courses all show cased asparagus, only 1 of which was actually tasty. The sparkling water( made in house) tasted like bath water. The waiter was not present most of the night, leaving most of the service to the back waiters/food runners. The back waiters did do a great job, but you expect more for a Michelin star restaurant. Overall, the restaurant was pretty disappointing. The vibe was nice, the food missed the mark and I would not recommend it to friend or family.
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$250 per person plus minimal amount of food and not that great will not go back

Underwhelming. The food was good but nothing at all that was worth the price. The service was good and the staff all very helpful.

Was really excited but was ultimately disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, the entire service staff was extremely friendly and generally attentive, but something was missing. The menu is fine except the dishes are EXTREMELY small. Like literally one maybe 2 bites and for these sizes the number of courses would need to be double to make sense. We left HUNGRY and we added on the caviar pretzels (skip them. Was NOT worth it). What really irked me is that for a $200+ tasting menu, there are multiple courses with options to choose between but one of the options is always an up charge. I’ve ate at many Michelin tasting menu restaurants and this is not normal and didn’t sit right with me. The dishes were good but nothing to write home about. I would definitely not recommend it and would say there are many many better places to have dinner in Napa.

I had a wonderful visit at Press a couple of weeks ago! I highly recommend the wine pairings, which were my favorite part of the experience! The wines were amazing, and they were served by the somm, Ryanna, who is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I also thought the manager, Silky, made the experience for me too, as she was quite engaged to ensure all the guests were happy. The food was good, yes, specifically the gnudi was the best I've ever had. The food was great but I do agree with others that for the price point, the servings are quite small compared to other Michelin starred restaurants. I went to an early dinner and sat outside. I had the whole back patio to myself and I thoroughly enjoyed it!! I will visit again in the future and will set my expectations appropriately on the serving sizes but recognize that the overall experience was a solid 5 stars!
