Not sure why but the pin for this is not a tasting room.

I had a reservation here for my birthday and it was canceled the day before. Apparently the winery was sold overnight and even the employees didn't know. I hope the new owners go out of business.

I should start with my visit here was nice. I liked it enough that being a "local" I joined the wine club. And that is where things went really bad.First let me say that we go to Napa, Sonoma, Paso, Santa Barbera etc... multiple times a year and at any given time I've been a member of 5 different wine clubs./I joined this wine club approx. less than 6 months ago and have had nothing but headaches since.First off there is no shipping info available on their website and you're not notified with a tracking #, Second I opted out of their "holiday wine special" and my CC was charged anyway... But worst of all? NOBODY will return your emails or voice messages!Their customer service is the worst I've ever had in dealing with a winery before! There's so many other wineries with great wine and a more reasonable price point that there is no reason to get involved with this headache.I would highly recommend to go elsewhere and spend your hard earned money where you'll at least be appreciated.

The service was slow at first for a tasting but we eventually had a host that spent time with us. You do have to pay for a tasting - $30. Instead of paying $60 for 2 tastings, he asked if we wanted to buy a bottle of the wine we liked for $50. That was a no brainer.

I have been coming here for a little over a year now. Wines are absolutely amazing and the people here are so nice. They know their wines and treat everyone as if they were family. If you get a chance you really have to stop here.

Wonderful winery. Truly outstanding, memorable Cabernets. My mother and I stopped by at 4pm on a Tuesday and since there were no other guests, we received the full attention of Rob who really had great knowledge and great conversation. Excellent service really made this stop stand out. Highly recommended.

My husband and I became a member of Hewitt this summer because we loved their wines. We had several wine tasting since then and we had a great time there until last week... I brought 4 guests there because we wanted to introduce their wines to our friends. What an embarrassment... Read other people's review here This is exactly what happened and worse thing happened. Our host did not even offer any other wine even though we asked if you have anything else we can taste. She should have promoted their different wines since we spent a couple of thousand dollars there since we became the member. She was reluctant to offer any other wines. I needed ask what about this, what about that. Eventually, she pour Provenance good single vineyard wine but when she was pouring, she said it's opened already that's why I'm pouring... Then, I asked can we revisit 2013 Hewitt since one of my guests wanted to buy but she said "I've already re-poured to one of you" So, she refused pour it again... I talked her manager and he was apologetic and pour one of Provenance. Since she did not pour 2013 again, I purchased 2010 Hewitt which was ranked No1 Cab in the world in 2010 and it's not that cheap...for my guest to taste it. I asked other host to pour it for us and he came in the room and pour it but he did not talk but pour it left the bottle in front of me and left the room. I wish he explained about the wine and educate my guest... about wine. Like why it was ranked No1, how it differs from other wines, etc Since we were treated as pain in a butt (suspect I complained to the manager), I ended up with dropping my membership. I left my review to yelp. The manager responded and asked me to reach him out if he has any concern. So, I did by email giving him details what happened and recommendations how he can train his employees and asked some question but no response from him. It seems when people write negative feedback in the public domain like Yelp or here, they respond apologetic but nothing seems to be done to improve customer service. At this winery, if we get a good experience depending on who serves us - no consistency. Hope management at Hewitt or Provenance will put some employee training together so that no matter who serve guests, guests always get great experience and promote their wines to all our friends or on social media!

Came here as part of the trolley tour and it was very forgettable. The staff was kind, but the tasting room and wines themselves were just not memorable. There are so many fabulous places to spend time in Napa, don’t waste your time/money here.

One of hidden gems of NAPA. If you like cabs this is the winery to go to. Great people and even better wine (from sleeping lady, Howell Mountain, Diamond Mountain, don’t forget Hewitt).

Had a wonderful tasting on 09/13/2019 at Provenance and greatly enjoyed the wine. Was a very hot day and the tasting room was quite cool. Had a long drive ahead of us after tasting and they gave us crackers for free for the road. Highly recommend the Sleepy Lady single vineyard bottle as it was #1 in our book & 92% Wine Enthusiast. Joined wine club as well. Big thank you to Soledad Torres who was our host!

We had an amazing time here. We were able to taste a variety of estate wines, and blends. Each was as good as the last and our wine experience was lead by the lovely Tiffany. I highly recommend this Tasting. Their Malbec is amazing!
