I was not impressed with the bartender, Dan, he was condescending and pretentious. I am a young adult but I do enjoy a wide variety of wine and he did not take me seriously. I was there with my father, mother and grandfather. His attitude towards me and my mother was belittling but he was much different with my father and grandfather. The wine was good, some even great but I could've enjoyed them much more and maybe taken some home had he been more welcoming. And I asked to try a combination flight but he only poured whites for me. So overall this experience was quite awful and I would not go back or recommend it to anyone. It's all about the experience and I don't think he has that same mentality.

Stopped here for the boutique wines. Tasted a bunch, and loved the Mario Bazan Sauvignon Blanc. Must come here again because was totally rocked by the time we got here. Very nice soap store next door too.

We decided to stop in at this quirky little wine tasting shop while visiting Napa and I'm so glad we did! This is a very friendly tasting room with some cool small wines to taste! The vintage inspired, retro-bohemian interior is very comfortable and welcoming, and the "snob factor" is at zero! The nice girl behind the bar was super friendly and chatty and very, very welcoming. It's okay if you know absolutely nothing or tons about wine, you'll be treated the same. It is hard to find a snob-free wine tasting in Napa these days, but Savour is just that! You saddle on up to the bar and grab a seat where you'll find a wine tasting menu. The wineries represented are very small (most likely ones you've never heard of) and they rotate the selections so you will benefit from repeat visits. We shared a tasting and tried a nice flight of red and white wines. The only negative about this place is that it is pretty pricey (about $20 - $25 per tasting per person), but the atmosphere is worth the charge. It's also fun to try smaller boutique wines that you've never heard of than the usual, run-of-the-mill wines from giant corporate conglomerates. Give this place a try! It's friendly and the wines are tasty.

Came to St. Helena with a friend, we purchased the Passport and Savour was on said Passport. To be fair, I should disclose that Savour was our last stop of the day. I liked the space and the guy pouring the wine was nice. Savour pours a variety of localish wineries, not dedicated to one and allows you to try wines that do not have tasting rooms of their own. I really enjoyed the wines I tasted but did not buy any. In my opinion, these types of places are great for tasting and for expanding my horizon - part of my ongoing instruction in the world of vino. However, I don't tend to buy wines from places like this unless I join the club. Most of the wines were in the $50 - 90 price range per bottle. A nice place to stop if you want to try some unique wines from smaller vintners.

Purchased the Travelzoo with three other family members and made a Saturday afternoon of wine pairing with 6 different wines complimented with a fresh mozzarella, basil, tomato, and panchetta panini. Super service and knowledgeable staff. Although my wine tasting and pairing experiences are limited, Savour is going to be a hard one to beat. The pairing was phenomenal! I have never liked Chardonnay until I was introduced to Houdini vineyard. The Spotted Owl Cab was to die for! I noticed in other reviews, the Spotted Owl and Chardonnay were also big hit. We walked away with a great experience and a case of wine! Best $15 per person spent in a long while. 5 stars for sure.

I was lucky enough to check this place out with a friend. He bought the groupon deal here. Totally worth it! It was for tasting and pairing. My goodness, i should of written down all the cheeses that they had us try. They had us try wine from different wineries, and i actually bought a bottle of the spotted owl. Their decor is definitely an eye catcher. i loved it! Theres just soo many places to try, but if you get the chance or just not sure about where to go, this would be one of the better places to start. When I came they were busy, so we didnt have that great of an experience, but I'm still a fan!

A type of coop tasting room near downtown St. Helena. Mostly small producers but overall qualty was fair at best. I liked the arete sauvignon blanc the best but there are better tasting rooms around with better quality wines.

What a great place to have wine with friends. I loved the ambiance. I loved the fact that you can sit at the bar, sit on the couch or a round table with chairs, kind of like a dining table. No 2 sitting area was alike. Tastefully decorated. Now, as for the wine, it is the best. We had 5 different wines and ALL were fantastic. So glad we came here and would definitely be a place to return.

I had snagged a groupon for a great deal on a charcuterie plate with a tasting. This place is great because it's open until 8 pm- rare in the Napa Valley. And it focuses on small wineries with less than 2,000 cases in production. We described the kinds of wine we like and Douglas poured us each a wonderful flight. Spotted Owl vineyard was a particular revelation for me. I love their chardonnay. Where else can you try lots of little boutique wineries in such a mellow setting? Great addition to the tasting scene.

What a treat this was!! My husband and I went were there with a couple of friends and we happened to be the only ones there at the time. The owner spent some quality time with us. The cheese and charcuterie pairings with the wines were fabulous. Really sorry we missed their grand opening this weekend. Would love to support this little jewel.
