Spring Mountain Vineyard

The winery itself is stunning, and the wine is excellent. Beautiful flavors and a memorable experience. However, the customer service needs to step up.

I first reached out to order wine for some customers. Claire and Brian were responsive, but unfortunately, after they assured me they could ship by my deadline, communication dropped off completely. Calls and emails were not returned, and I had to scramble at the last minute to source wine from another winery. The team at Spring Mountain ultimately let me down, and I couldn’t deliver the wine to our customers in time. It’s disappointing to have such a great product paired with bad service. I hope they can improve, as their wine truly deserves to be shared.

Beautiful landscaping and it could be a bird sanctuary. Wonderful to see all of the nature.

Ben was an excellent host. Friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. He was attentive our dogs and adaptable to the range of tastes of the people in our group. It's great to get a local perspective of Spring Mountain's historical and current place in the Napa Valley wine industry. The setting was lovely and the wine was nice. Overall, a great experience, which I would recommend to others.

Spring Mountain Winery, the picturesque location of "Falcon Crest," offers stunning vineyard views, rich history, and excellent wines. Its charming atmosphere and scenic beauty make it a must-visit destination.

We had an amazing experience! Worth every penny!!! Beautiful grounds, amazing customer service, it felt so private and personal and it was absolutely amazing to be on the "Falcon Crest" grounds. We will be back!

I cannot say enough about Spring Mountain Vineyard. Tucked away behind lush greenery, this beautiful gated property and vineyard are the thing of dreams. With its quaint cottage, eye-popping landscaping, and even two cute little donkeys, the rich history of this vineyard had us never wanting to leave. Although, the property and the wine were both magnificent, I have to say that our visit was truly a dream come true solely based on our time with our wine guru and guide, Gera. While he wasn't supposed to be our guide for the day, we were so glad he was. His wine knowledge, kindness and, overall, amazing energy made our visit that much better. My husband and I had such a great time hearing all the stories about the cottage, property, and original owners--as well as the wine production and caves itself. With Gera, you feel like you're party of the Spring Mountain family and this was, hands down, the best part of our entire trip to the Napa Valley. We have already decided we will be returning next Fall and bringing the whole family with us to experience what we did with Gera. Thank you Spring Mountain Vineyard and Gera for a magical experience we won't soon forget!
