My wife and I were extremely impressed with the quality and presentation of the cuisine at the culinary Institute. The servers are all students in training and still have a learning curve ahead of them, but they try hard and do a good job for the most part. We took the $10 tour and the option for $20 lunch in the cafe. It was wonderful. Our guides were Katy and a student named Daniel. They were both full of information and gave an appreciation for the CIA at Greystone. There was a student exhibit on making chocolate. It was called "bean to bar". Students started with cocoa beans from 6 different countries and ended with chocolate bars. We had lunch in the cafe complete with a class of wine. We went to The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. This is a leading culinary school iB America. We went to the store as well as the cafe. We also went to the memorial citrus grove. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.
