Terrible service — absolutely disappointing. The staff had no sense of service mind or professionalism at all. I was treated unfairly and felt disrespected. It even came across as discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable.

I was standing in line when a staff member came and told me to move forward to order. But after I placed my order, they gave the item to the person behind me instead. This was a terrible service experience. I really don’t understand — if there’s a line, the person who comes first should be served first. What’s the point of having a queue if staff ignore it?
I come here often and have never experienced anything like this before. The team management should really provide proper staff training. If there’s a designated line for ordering, please make sure it’s respected.

We love Model and live far away now. Purchased two packages of muffins at SFO Terminal 2 market yesterday on my way through. This morning we opened the package to find moldy muffins. No date of expiration anywhere on packaging and they were so expensive for less quantity! Heartbroken and wanted to share as this is unacceptable.

This place is legendary. Their English muffins are to die for and their breads are exceptional. Especially their pain au levain. I could eat an entire loaf. 🤤
We called in for breakfast before our first wine tasting. The associates were so nice & worked really well together. The breakfast sandwiches were great. The coffee was delicious. We will be back for sure.

They CAN'T serve hot coffee. Let me repeat that. They CAN'T and won't serve hot coffee. That doubles for latte. They have no microwave and won't heat your tepid coffee. They are inflexible, unable to pivot or think outside of their limited capabilities. Their baked goods are wonderful! Any complaint/issues are treated with bad grace. I've moved along to more flexible businesses with wonderful HOT coffee.

Coffee tasted horribly bad. Asked if there was a better one available. Was berated by person behind counter for even asking and she basically said ‘I must have a problem with my taste buds’. Was very disappointed by her hostility and disappointed given the positive comments from locals.
