We popped in here when visiting St. Helena and were very pleased at the quality of food and friendly staff. My steak tacos were delicious and fresh. Highly recommend!

The best beans, rice, and tortillas I’ve ever had! The staff members are warm and welcoming, it felt like eating with family. This was a last minute decision for us and we are so glad we stopped in, we’ll make the trip from Vacaville to St. Helena just to eat here ❤️

Came for lunch, and this restaurant didnt disappoint. Enchilada, giant burrito, chile relleno, some guac and chips. Loved all these dishes, and especially the creamy, mildly seasoned guac. The staff was so kind, beginning to end. Very happy.

Love this place! We've been coming here for 25 years and also to the sister restaurant, Villa Corona, Napa.

The carnitas tacos at Villa Corona in St. Helena are decent, but not quite the standout I was hoping for. The flavor was good, with tender meat, but they felt a bit basic compared to other places that really elevate their carnitas. The tortillas were a little on the dry side, and I think they could use a bit more seasoning or sauce to make them pop. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was cozy, so I’d give it another shot, but I wasn't blown away this time around.

I enjoyed my shrimp tacos. They bring you chips and salsa, which is a small portion then they charge you $2 on your bill when you get it? So in other words, you don’t have a choice unless you tell them next time you’re there that you don’t want the chips in case you don’t. That was a little strange that they charge you automatically. A little overpriced. Other than those 2 things (being automatically charged for chips and a little overpriced), everything was fine.

Fun place with Mexican food in Calistoga. They display kids art all over the restaurant. Clean with good service.

If you are looking for high end Mexican fare, look elsewhere. But if what you are after is very good Mexican style "fast food", this is a great place. Quality ingredients, reasonable prices, very friendly staff and top notch service. I found the pozole to be quite tasty.
