31st Grill has got to be one of the best American restaurants I've been to in a while. I ordered a Backyard Burger with some fries on the side, and everything tasted amazing. However, there was one problem when it came to my fountain drink. When I ordered a refill for my fountain drink, my server took way too long to give me back my refill, so I ended up having to ask one of the other employees to give it to me. Aside from that, everything else was perfect.

I stopped by this place on a recommendation and am so glad that I did! I got some muffins and cookies to go, so I can’t speak to the table service yet but based on the baked goods I will be back soon. The muffins may be the best I have ever had. Delicious!

Great menu options. We came for breakfast and tried the Brunch Burger with garlic fries and The Growers Bowl. Both were good choices. Tasty, good portions and filling. The pastries looked amazing, but may have to come back to try another time. Service was friendly and quick. Nice atmosphere and modern decor, outdoor seating. Our cost was about $25 per person for meal and drink.

If I could….id give em 0. Had to choose 1 star. Noodles were extremely over cooked, dry Alfredo plate, and dried chicken. Please do not eat here.

Where should I start. I am a regular of Emma's but here is a whole other experience. My son's 19th birthday! The food is undercooked and does not taste good at all. Hangar steak is nothing but grizzle, very chewy and off putting. Mashed potatoes were not mashed still very chunky. The pizza dough was very raw. The french dips were not stacked meat "piled high" but 3 very thin layers and taste old, and very salty. The cookies and brownies we bought were old and stale which has never been the case at Emma's. The only few good take aways are the blackened chicken alfrado, carnita fries appetizer and the cheesecake. Also the twice baked croissants are always good. I wont be going back here again. Thank you to Antonio your service was above par, you were the only saving grace of the evening.

What a great family restaurant, service was quick and friendly. Arrived on Saturday at 1130 and got seated right away. The Patty melt was amazing and I recommend the lemon Ricotta cheese pancake, it was next level.

From the second I walked in, our server, Sandra, was off-putting and seemed like she didn't want to serve us. I understand in the food industry, customers can be rude and disrespectful, but I hadn't even made an interaction with her and she immediately categorized me as someone she didn't want to serve. Once we were seated, she was rude and only checked on us once throughout our time there. We were in the patio area, but it was a Tuesday around 12 so they weren't extremely busy. At the end someone else cashed us out, they have helped us before and are very attentive and polite. I believe their name is Jose. He ended up getting us our boxes, because Sandra did not, it could've been she was just busy but regardless, I did not want to interact with her anymore. It was around a $70 tab, so it's not like it was an insignificant amount. She made us feel unwelcome. If it weren't for the other employee, Jose, I don't think we would return.

We visited on a Saturday at 6 and there was plenty of seating. The avocado quinoa salad is my favorite. I use the dressing g sparingly as it is a tad sweet.

The burger was flavorful and well cooked. The bread as nice and toasted and service was quick. The fries are well seasoned and they have the BEST ranch. It’s a nice location with lots of options

It is unfortunate that I have to rate this restaurant a 1 star. I have been a frequent patron of this restaurant, having visited about 10 times in the past few months. Unfortunately, my experience has been marred by multiple instances of finding hairs in my food. On three separate occasions, I have discovered a hair in my meal, and once in my beverage.

Each time I have brought this issue to the attention of the servers, but it seems that no action has been taken to address the problem. I am deeply concerned about the hygiene practices of this establishment, as finding hair in my food is not only unappetizing, but also raises serious questions about the cleanliness of the kitchen.

While the food itself is generally tasty and the service is adequate, the recurring issue of hair in my food has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I hope that the management will take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve their hygiene standards to ensure a more pleasant dining experience for all customers.

We tried to give the establishment the benefit of the doubt by continuing to support the business, but hair in my food/beverage on four different occasions is now one too many.
