I tried going today at 130pm on 03/07/24 and the whole gas station was closed off with caution tape over all the doors and driveways. I've loved coming to this location since its opening.

I have gone through the drive through 4 times, and each time there have been issues with my order. Too bad this is the only one in town. SERVICE is horrible. NO sauce on sandwich, and none in the bag, I asked for Lettuce and tomato, and got nothing on the sandwich but the meat, no sauce, no lettuce, no tomato, no napkins, no straw. Paid for a double and got a single, and a half of a container of fries, COLD FRIES. I guess you have to go inside, and then take your food out and look before leaving. HORRIBLE DRIVE THROUGH. NEED TRAINING

I WANT to love this place. We recently drove over from Monterey just for an Arby's roast beef sandwich. You know, "We have the meats". Unfortunately, arriving at 6:00pm, we ordered, then heard what we assumed was the manager call out saying that they were out of prepared roast beef and it would be 25 minutes before they could heat some up! Your claim to fame is roast beef. How can you not notice that you are running low and fail to start preparing more?
We were so excited to have an Arby's back in Salinas. We missed it. We waited to try this Arby's after the grand opening and the big crowds. When we came in yesterday, we were the only customers. They got our orders wrong. Asked for a brisket sandwich with no BBQ sauce, they made us another one. My fish sandwich didn't have the extra tartar sauce I requested. They gave me a small tub. I guess their meals come with Curly fries, which I don't like, and they were cold and stale. I would prefer crinkle fries instead. Why don't they ask which fries you'd like? They don't honor any coupons from their app because they're part of Loves. We had a bad experience here. I doubt we'll be back.

Very happy to have this location open. I came from Monterey with my daughter for our first time since opening, and it did not disappoint. We go to San Jose about once a month for Arbys, now it's much closer. So happy that I had two half pound Beef and Cheddars in one sitting, and I'm a small guy. I didn't experience any of the problems others in reviews have had, but I'm sure as they are open longer they will get it all ironed out. One employee was friendlier than another, but it is fast food after all, and wasn't enough to warrant complaint.Parking: Plenty of parking all around the location.

People are not lying when they say you’ll get cold food. I got a sandwich, curly fries and nuggets, all of the items were far from fresh and clearly sitting under a warmer for way too long. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.
