I had a terrible experience playing Spanish 21 at Bankers Casino. When the dealer has a face card (J, Q, or K), they are supposed to check for a blackjack immediately ā thatās standard procedure in the game. This time, the dealer didnāt check even though he had a face card showing. I ended up hitting 21 and was betting big, only for the dealer to flip over his hand and reveal blackjack after Iād already played out my hand.
Thatās not just bad form ā thatās a serious mistake that cost me money. It should have been caught before I made any further moves. What made it worse was that the dealer clearly knew it was his error but still took all my money without any accountability or correction.

This place is a big scam ! Did a hand of $60 got 21 and the dealer didnāt check his cards or called in a 21 had the money already in hand and manger said it it was a mistake, dealers gotta do their job didnāt even give me my money $60 back āif it was a mistakeā, donāt be coming to this place

You literally have to beg for attention. You sit there for hours waiting to be served. They'll take your money on the casino side, not on the restaurant side.... unless you know someone.
