Got there about 10 minutes before closing and they looked at me like saying you gotta be kidding me . As soon as i walked in they said we are only doing scoops not beverages and when i told them i wanted a brownie they made a face at me like hating the fact that i was there right before closing did not get the customer service i always do today they made feel unwelcome

Super bad experience with zero customer courtesy, not fresh flavor at all! Poorly maintained environment, loose or hollow scoop and scoop looked like big from outside but hollow from inside, as soon i left it dripped all over , not tight from inside. Not welcoming, poor customer service.

They have really young kids working that lack customer service skills and work ethic they do not great you when you come in , and they mention certain items are not available like today that they’re where out of “ICE”
