I'll give it a 3 or 2 because it says they close at 10pm and they closed at 7:21pm. They're either closing too soon or they they need to update there website.

Horrible experience at this S. Main location in Salinas with the owner Daniel. Currently, there's a Bogo 50% off on prepacked quarts through October 31, 2023. It also states stock up on your favorite flavors and save. The owner scanned the barcode and refused to accept. He stated that the following is incorrect... that it meant to say buy one and get one free.. totally incorrect based on Baskin-Robbins application.. The owner then stated, DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT. Please use caution as you approach the owner as he is thoughtless, and very rude.

We got to meet one of the owners last night. Super cool guy! The girls working we're very nice and helpful. It's always super clean, fresh, and quick! Highly recommend this Baskin-Robbins.

Baskin Robbins is my toddler sons favorite shop for ice cream. This South main location is clean and parking is easy to find on the side of the building or on the street. I usually make a stop here on occasion for their ice cream birthday cakes which are really good. Service is fast, attentive and price is fair. Definitely love me some pistachio mint.

I love baskin robins but this place last night was a disappointment. One of the guy employees was real rude his tone of voice you can tell he wasn't having a good shift but still that isn't no excuse he works in customer service. We over herd his conversation how other employees don't help out and he was talking to another employee she just responded " I can't do everything " poor girl.. thankfully there's 2 in Salinas but still the atmosphere in this place shouldn't be like this especially making customers feel uncomfortable. I was with my cousin and he took her order she didn't even want him too since he had made that comment earlier that we over herd. It's uncomfortable and no one should be feeling this way..

Just went to pick up our cake at Baskin Robbins and this is what we are going home with! At first, they misspelled "Birthday" to "Birtday", besides being in a horrible handwriting. Then the other salesperson said he could fix it, now the cake looks like it was dropped upside down. They said they couldn't give another cake and I had already paid for it. So I brought this home.
The ice cream was cold and the girls were cute. There is also a great energy about the place.
