It was my brother's graduation the day I came to the shop for the first time and my family had rather demanding specifications for specifically what they wanted in an ice cream cake. The ladies Manning the store were very friendly and extremely helpful and I'm so grateful. Not only did they bear with me through a phone call and multiple texts with my family, they also offered to to write on the cake which apparently is free, but I would never know this after all my years of buying cakes for birthdays and anniversaries and such from other Baskin-Robbins. I will definitely be coming again.

BEST customer service provided here, 20/10! I didnt get the gentleman’s name who helped me out just now, but he went above and beyond to help me with my custom photocake order (this encounter occurred 6/6/24 around 4:20 ish pm). He was very kind, caring, helpful, detailed and thorough, and made sure everything was correct on the custom photocake order. The manager, Jessica, was also very kind and generous to help out today as well. The gentleman who helped me provided excellent service! Thank you so much for your kindness and care!!

I had a disappointing experience recently at Baskin Robbins. Despite looking forward to some comforting ice cream after a tough day, I arrived to find the store closing at least 20 minutes earlier than advertised. What made it worse was that there were three employees present, yet none of them bothered to come to the door to apologize for the inconvenience. It's understandable if there were safety concerns or staffing issues, but a little communication and courtesy would have gone a long way.My visit was April 3,2024 at 9:40pm. Has operation hours changed and sign not updated?

Kudos for adding dairy free options! Highly recommend Date Night when it’s available around Valentine’s Day, and Love Potion 31 was actually very tasty and pleasant service is fast when the two main baddies are around!
