Went yesterday and we had a reservation around 7ish and we checked in for it, the guy that checked us in he was short, chubby curly hair and didn’t tell his fellow coworkers that we had a reservation so when he stepped away from the front desk his coworkers were checking in other reservation because they thought we were walkins so then when they found out we had a reservation they didn’t have no tables available and we were placed outside in the cold yes they had the heaters but it was still cold, and I get it there was a rush during Father’s Day but that shouldn’t change the quality of customers service as a server because our server seemed like she was in a rush.

First time I've ever had a bad experience at a BJ's. The food took forever. The table next to us was tired of waiting and left. Poor waiter was having to deal with the angry customers. When the food finally arrived it was really good. The place wasn't even packed, maybe 50%.

I like to go to BJs for the burger and fries. I started ordering it without cheese and bacon and realized that I could appreciate the flavor of the burger best that way. It's delicious and worth going back for.

The hostess was nice as one of our party was running late. Our server Sky was attentive and proficient. They were out of several items like the Brewhouse Blonde and another entre. Overall, our party of 8 was served well and was priced reasonably. I definitely recommend making reservations as it gets really busy on Friday. Great job BJ's and our server Sky!

It was late and we needed food. My husband had a gray fish in a tortilla on a cookie sheet and I had a bowl of watery rice with veggies on top. I'd rather eat road kill. Truly the visual was even worse than the taste.
Enjoyed a fantastic birthday dinner here. The server was very attentive to us. Portion was great and the food was delicious.

Been to BJs a few times and did not like the quality of the food. Been to many BJs throughout the north of California and this location by far is the most disappointing. Good every time is not tasty. Not presented well either.

The temperature of the restaurant was cold. They put us near the door and the employees kept going in and out of the door which was cold. There was no reason to use that because there were no customers on the patio. Food was great. The server was great.
