I am beyond disappointed with my experience at BKM Healthy Foods. When I went to order, the short brunette who took my order had the most annoyed look on her face, making me feel completely unwelcome. I clearly ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks, and she confirmed both. Despite this, she only gave me one and acted annoyed when I pointed out the mistake. She claimed she only charged me for half of the order, so that's all I got. I told her I still wanted the other sandwich and drink. She charged me again but only gave me the sandwich without the drink.
The final straw was finding a hair in my sandwich. If the staff hates their job so much, they should leave. I shouldn't have to deal with this kind of grief when I'm paying for a meal.
Nancy if you still manage this place here's your solutions.
1.Train your staff better to ask questions if they're unsure about an order. 2.Lower the music volume so people can have a better conversation. 3. Get rid of the plastic screen at the register, this also impedes hearing 4.Hairnets, the food is great. Hair in my food is not.

Horrible service. Served white watermelon and hard mango. When we asked for it to be switched with something ripe (twice) they said no. 2/3 was thrown away while we ate in the shop.

I stopped going because the ladies were always very rude for no reason. Never felt welcomed. Decided to give it a try after about 2 years because I really wanted a fresh juice but was told that the juicer had been washed already so they couldn’t make my order.

If I could give 0 stars I would, went a few times & the two older ladies there were very rude never welcome you in they take your order as if your bothering them, if you pay in cash & they give your change back check it because we were missing 5$ & the lady just looked at us as we walked away & we came back & she just handed it but was actually going to keep our money & not say anything

I'm so happy I found this spot! Fresh juices and great smoothies. They also have fresh fruit available for purchase, as well as acai bowls, sandwiches, and supplements. The ladies behind the counter were nice and answered the questions I had and were accommodating when I asked for no celery in my juice. I'll definitely be returning. My juice had a good amount of ginger and was nice and spicy.

Wish I was able to leave 0 stars lol saw that the employees were a bit busy so waited to be served and then when they finally had time they left and never acknowledged me. Then came back and asked a lady that just walked in if she was ready to order. We said we were in line and then she said no we weren't. Horrible place to go to. Don't bother with these people.
Music toooooo loud they can't hear u when taking order since speaker it's right next to cashier!!!?? always short staff. Other than that juices are good. Never had any food
