Came on a Saturday and restaurant wasn’t even operating at half capacity with the waiting area full. My husband asked if they were short-staffed and they replied that servers were just taking their break? At the same time apparently. We waited for over 30 minutes and there was no sense of urgency for the issue.

B- Dubs quality has fallen tremendously. The wings just taste okay ish. What got me is the carrots don’t even taste right. The service is just so slow. The bartender on 9/13/25 around 6:30 pm. Destiny is awesome, even though she was busy and trying to serve her customers she kept a great Attitude. For take out, the guy just was ready to just be off. I get it everything is getting expensive but corporate needs to know that they need quality food and staff. I rather make wings at home.

Only took 1 hours for 6 piece online classic wings
Had to wait over an hour for a small takeout order. Asked the bartender if we could have a drink while we watch the game and wait and she said no the bar is full. Will never come back to this location.

Why have a to go section if nobody is going to be there ready to assist ? 10 minutes waiting no interaction whatsoever . The line started to build in the lobby . Let me add there was no host either . I seen a lady dressed nicer assumed she was management didn't greet or ask for a second I understand being understaffed but being completely ignored is absurd where is the customer service ? On top of that they missed 2 things in my order ! And my ranch was flipped upside down and spilled !!! The manager didn't seem to care much not even an apology ! So I run back to get my food fries ate cold as heck !! Save your money and time go to Wingstop if you want wings and chilis for everything else !!!

Get ready for you're day to quickly turn into a bad day if youre having a good day. You can expect very slow service while the restaurant looks 12% running capacity (not busy) while operating at almost 90%. Expect the establishment to be filled with very un-professional people. I usually dont mind paying for BWW but this location is just horrible but the only other location is seaside which is pretty far. We waited 32 min past our due time for a order that was placed to go. Totally unacceptable, they need to fire and rehire everyone at this location with a strong focus on managers with good leadership skills who can train the front on how to be professional as well and what he/she expects from they're workers on certain areas that deal with customers. Maybe find someway to make the customer leave with a smile if thats how the customer came in rather than the atrocious experience they had at BWW today. Which is that i am doing know. From the cooks to the bar to the front of the house which the latter hardly exists is filled with bad vibes that id say are guaranteed. My meal was ruined from all that waiting for my food which is just the begining of whats wrong with this BWW. Id say its up there as 1 of the more important as well.

It's been a while since last time my family and I came here, now I remember why.. service definitely sucks. They take for ever to sit you, another 15 min or more to take the order for your drinks. This time nobody even came once we were seated, so we ended up leaving. Never coming back.
