The place was pretty much empty we had to wait for about 10 min for a table which was fine. But the girl that sat us which seemed like a manager had the worst attitude. The server was great, but her attitude killed it all.

This place ALWAYS takes forever to 1, get you seated, 2 take your order and 3 get your food out to you. If I could do no stars, I would. Rather take my money elsewhere

I was there with four other friends for a late lunch. We had the two for 20 special. We sat on the bar and the guy took her order. When we received our order there was a female assisting him. I believe he went on break and she was serving us. Well the order was not correct and we had to ask for certain sauce because it was not with the order. For being a big team restaurant I'm surprised the food was very mediocre. I could have gone to any other fast food chain restaurant and receive better tasting fries.

I'm not sure why i keep going to different buffalo wild wings expecting something different. My wife placed an order online, and about 10 minutes after the pick-up time the lady said there were 5 more orders in front of mine. After 25 minutes they brought out the order, I left because I didn't know what all my wife ordered and I didn't expect this level of incompetence, but we were missing both fries, the sauces, and the food was cold. The only thing wild here is that this location is still open
I remember this chain used to be awesome, now they all seem suck.

Waiter was not the best. Food was cold- nuggets were pebbles with no chicken. waiter went to go get our dessert for our 2 kids- he went to go milk the cow or something finally decided to leave due to his inability to scoop some ice cream.
Damn. I can't believe how bad this place has gotten. Straight trash from the food to the service. Lazy and incompetent servers. 🤦🏻♀️ Lately they can't get it right. And it's sooo dirty here... no wonder it's empty! WING STOP IS TAKING OVER!!!!! Blows this place out the water! 💧

I’ve give BWW in salinas countless opportunities but the service is horrible! The waiters don’t check up on you and you have to wait an hour for a chicken salad. Save your time and money if you want to eat in. I suppose having drinks and only drinks is fine.
