I get a breakfast meal every few days here, around 8am. Staff are friendly and the food is good as long as you buy the core items. Get the BK app, the deals as of the time of this review are solid.
Sometimes dirty, staff are sometimes overwhelmed and get to you a little late. Skip the line and use the app or terminal machine. They might forget napkins or creamer/sugar or sauces, so double check the order.
Avoid the wraps and similar promotional items.

every time I go here after 8 PM they never have their ice cream machine working so that means no shake no ice cream. I asked for chicken fries, freshly made. They did not freshly make them and just ignored my request, then they are out of barbecue sauce.

The same masked attendant very rude! He gets exasperated when I request no salt & fresh fries for my 83yr old friends (couple) They come here at LEAST 3times a week. The same order If I don't ask 4fresh fries.... they just refresh old ones 2take salt off. HORRIBLE! And they ALWAYS request a smaller drink that the huge glass that comes with meal 4two! AND that pisses him off as well... Last time when I drove up 2window I noticed he was going 2fill the super large cups & reminded him what I had ordered... He THREW the cup down as he had just put ice in first one & heavily sighed & was JUST PISSED OFF!!!! I wish my friends did not go there but they r on a budget & use their coupons. This is NO WAY to treat Senior Citizens who R regular customers!!!

Raw chicken feel so sick to my stomach I went back to show them the chicken and they gave me a reciept he said he would give me a refund never got a refund on my card so I have to go back today see what happend this has been a nightmare

The guy doesn't look at you and bow his head down and don't say thank you or enen ha a great day. People work hard for their money. They need to train him seriously I went there last night. And I went to that burger king cuz it is closer to my house. Young light skin and skinny.
I had to buy food so I could get a code so I could use the bathroom.So, trust me, I didn't appreciate waiting for the man to take my order. Who thought it was more important to wait on the drive up window instead of waiting on me who needed badly to pee.
