I went there to get something quick for my family. I ordered cini minis on the kiosk just for them to tell me they are out. Why isn't it marked unavailable in the kiosk? So ridiculous. They did substitute it for a hersheys. They handed me my order and on our way out I remembered about my drinks. They didn't give us our cups! I get home and they didn't make my bacon and swiss royal crispy. I had to drive back and they tell me they were out of bacon so that's why they didn't make my burger. Why did they hand me my order and not tell me about my burger and offer a substitute like they did with the cini minis? Ugh.
Burger King is waste of time, go somewhere else where they will make your order right. Im never going back.

Do not use their delivery service. I placed an order at 257 on Sunday 11:23. And by five thirty, it didn't arrive. I called the location of the burger king.They didn't answer. According to my doorbell cam, the guy came at seven o'clock at night. 4 hours. For a burger king, ten minutes from me. I called the Burger King this morning. They said there is nothing they could do for me. Because delivery is separate and they didn't even have the number. Big giant rip-off. No customer service. No anything. No wonder burger kings are closing throughout the nation.I'll never go back

Food is ok, still the worst Burger King I've been to, all the drinks taste like mold, Probably have never cleaned the ice maker. The Icee machine is worse. Threw all three of our icees away. Food was a mess, even by Burger King standards. Almost got mugged in the parking lot. Would have been one star, if not for the helpful, polite service at the front counter.

Waiting for 35 minutes for my order free ice cream for kids 12 and under my daughter is 12 and they refuse to give her a free ice cream with order . My child had to use the bathroom the guy ignored us asking and refuse to look at us every time we said excuse me as he walked by .

Great customer service, great food. I took my family to eat there and there was a homeless sleeping on the tables. The homeless had loud music on. Outside the restaurant smelled like urine.

Pretty solid for fast food, especially in the area. Still have good deals too, which is getting rare. Usually fairly well staffed & not too slow. Food is good for fast food - way better than McDonald's. They still have the beef tacos!

Real kick back spot almost feels like a hang out place.i stop there every time I pass by even if it's just for a fountain drink, I think it's a great place to go relax and enjoy a burger by yourself or with family.
