If you are hurry to get some meal they can help you, if you're kids need some hamburger they can do it. The burgers was ok the service nice and we take to go.
I have no clue how this place is in business. The staff is rude and has a crappy attitude, the food is hard and isn't even edible. Spent $30, me and my husband's food was so disgusting we couldn't even eat it. My impossible patty was hard and tasteless, I almost threw up. The food is as appeasing and the customer service. $30 at Burger King is ridiculous enough and you guys can't even make a proper burger? Can't imagine why your working at Burger King.

I walked in, not familiar with how to pick up for an online order. I waited in the line area for a few minutes, trying to bring my order up on my phone. Then, I moved over to the "Online Order Pick Up" area.
I saw one employee see me. He tells his coworkers he's going to the restroom. Another employee, who seemed to be newer, kept pacing back and forth trying to figure out how to pack and hand out food. He knew I was there but still didn't say anything. (Trying his best to keep his back to me, or surely seemed like it.) I was looking at the order screen to see if my order was there and it wasn't.
A man walked up and placed an order, and still no one had spoken to me.
I can't remember after which man had his order take. The employee that went into the restroom came back in and announced he was clocking out.
A female employee had walked by a few times and didn't see or acknowledge me. Another man walked up to order, and now I know the female employee sees me and continues to take the man's order. As I'm still waiting, I overhear that he needs 5 cents because she doesn't have enough change to give him. I had a dime in my pocket and told them I found a dime and he could have it.
Only after that, I was able to get her attention to ask if my order was ready. And she said yes, "the order was ready" before even looking. She must have originally put it together before I got there and sitting the entire time I was waiting. Which was at a minimum of 10 minutes.
The last thing I do is try and get the drinks from the dispenser. The first thing I see is the ice dispenser portion covered with significant algae growth. I couldn't believe it.
I felt confident the employees there weren't going to want to hear me out or do anything about it, so I didn't even say anything there.
When they have what you want it’s good but that’s very rare. Second time we’ve tried to order the impossible whopper and both times have been told they don’t have the Pattie’s. At this point I don’t even want to go here.

$26 in cash because their card reader wasn't working or something? Didn't have ice cream, diet Dr pepper, lemonade at all. Asked for a 8 piece mozzarella fry and didn't get it in the bag, also asked for large fries and was given a large onion rings instead, and the other large onion rings were in a normal sized container instead of a large one. 0/5 if I could.
