On Sept 8, 2023 Went through drive thru .Order a medium frie,a classic chicken wrap.I pulled over down da road at a shopping center to eat my wrap.I was so dissapointed .I thought it was a joke .My wrap was soo small i unfold it .There was half a chicken nugget inside two pieces of shredded lettuce half a slice of tomatoe.Looked nothing like the pictures on their menú.The girl taking my order seemed like she was lazy .Practically leaning her head on counter by window.

WORST BURGER KING EXPERIENCE EVER... Everything here was horrible... We walk in the establishment and there is no one in line.. Me and my mom were waiting for the young lady cashier (looked like a high school student or something, short dark complexion, didn't get her name) to finish texting. She then looked up at us and rudely told my mom to stand at the other cash register that had no worker. She then continued to text and ignore us. Finally she stood in front of us and told us what we wanted to order. After ordering, we walked to serve ourself fountain drink. I witnessed the dirtiest machine ever!!!!! No ice, no lids, no straws and no napkins in sight. The garbage can was overflowing and looked disgusting. The kitchen was a nightmare. After we got our order we struggled to find a seat to dine in because they were very dirty and unsanitary. I highly recommend DO NOT COME HERE. Save yourself from going through a very bad experience. Don't forget, look at my pictures and be the judge!!!!!!!

Had a bad experience ordering thru drive thru. Order was wrong & when corrected the fries were cold. Asked cashier if she can give me an exchange of fresh cooked fries , she gave me a bad attitude . You need to teach your employee (s) about good customer service. Last time I'm going to this place.

Don't listen at the drive-up order microphone, get the order wrong, roll your eyes behind the ludicrous, completely ineffective and useless crepe paper compliance mask you're still wearing for some irrational reason, don't deign to respond to the reported issue or lower yourself to acknowledge or even speak to the despised customer when they return the incorrect order, don't review the receipt or bother to carefully listen to the irritating customer, don't remake the order, just re-pile ingredients on the now mangled bun which ensures that all the food left in the bag along with the sandwich will be cold (it's important to train the customer and teach them what happens when you're irritated), then hand it back to the barely tolerated customer without speaking. And something I've seen in a hundred Gen Z operated fast food places: never, ever, EVER, thank the customer; they are there to serve your purposes, handing over their hard earned cash in exchange for barely edible wrecked food, rudely served. However, when the customer has the class to thank you (for not doing your job), then condescendingly barely nod your head to accept the tribute you expect as your due. Then saunter back to lean on the counter and visit with your unmotivated, passive/aggressive, borderline hostile co-workers.I've had enough at this place, and will never come back. I'd encourage everyone else to do the same. And at nearly $15 for a poorly assembled burger and cold fries and a soda that costs them .06 cents in syrup, you can do far better almost anywhere else. I'm sick of being treated so rudely and dismissively by entitled juniors who get peeved when asked to do the bare minimum that's required in a Joe job many people successfully had when starting out.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Never coming here again. I went in today and when I got home I started eating my fries just to find a half eaten chicken nugget in there. disgusting!!! Tried calling but the phones are disconnected. Wmended up throwing away my whole meal since I don't trust it anymore.

I'll give this place 5 stars just for this young lady with red hair who works in the morning.She's always polite, that's something few restaurants have. People who treat customers nice.
