No ice Not first time. The gal waiting on Us didn't bother to tell Us what a surprise first sip warm soda so went back through line mentioned there is No Ice she said oh it melted I'm like no way in 5 mins did it melt she stated she gave us last few crumbs so melted fast. She could have Told Us when ordering they had no ice This store in Prunedale is out of Ice & Ice cream quite a lot. Why can't they go next door buy bag of ice??

You will never go wrong with a Whopper. Always a great burger to get, but this is the third time at this place that my order is wrong, which is frustrating. My fault for not checking before leaving, but it still sucks when you're looking forward to one type of order and get another, but at least it was a Whopper. Lol Just make sure you check your order before you leave, is all I'm saying.

Every time I go they get my order wrong and give me what they only have without asking if it's ok to change my selection when I tell them it's not what I ordered they say we don't have that item so I gave you that we can't exchange it

Worst burger king I've ever been to. People are rude because they are over worked and under staffed. Ice machine is very frequently broken on the drive through, and servers never offer you ice from the front machine. They prioritize drive thru over inside sales, so you might end up waiting a while.
The owner has opted to bring in kiosk ordering machines, rather than supply locals with more work. It's Definitely a sad time.

I stopped by Burger King today for breakfast I had a very good experience & had to come leave my review I was attended by Yaneth this morning she was super helpful , kind & outgoing she recommend me a good breakfast & by far at this place I had one of the best experience this morning

Restrooms don't work, no ice, soda is warmer than the food served and ontop the syrup for the soda doesn't exist either so it's like you're drinking sparkling water.

Trash on table, Flys flying around the Trash on the table and throughout the dining area. Trash can blocking the walkway to restrooms with an out of order sign on both restrooms. Television was there but not on..Asked for everything fresh.. No buneo ?

Bad service and there's always something wrong with the place like I tried to go get food right now and they had a sign that said drive thru only and last time I tried to go they messed up my order and didn't give me half my order and I am never going again I won't even give it a star

They tried to steal my debit card.. The Manager in fact! I gave her my name and showed my ID.. she actd like she didnt have it and acted as if it wasnt mine. She was trying to steal it manager with braces
