They had two bathrooms but would only allow one to be used, leaving a line of customers. The manager would not open the other one. Both bathrooms required a keypad entry. My burgers were about room temperature.

I had the new tacos and the how to train your dragon burger. The tacos were surprisingly good not great but good. The how to train your dragon burger was just right on the spice if I had known it had bacon would have had it done crispy.

Either this is a franchise and they have no idea how to run a business or corporate Burger King has completely forgotten about and abandoned this location. Check your order EVERYTIME before leaving their parking lot. I got lazy today and decided to give them maybe their fifth or sixth chance since moving to the area, and I immediately regreted it. I live a block away and instead drive to the closest one in Salinas because the only thing that RULES at this BK is incompetence.

Had an to go order. Ordered 12 chicken fries and got only 10 got charged for 2 extra bbq and got none ordered two nerds slushy and got no nerds. I will not be returning to this Burger King

No ice Not first time. The gal waiting on Us didn't bother to tell Us what a surprise first sip warm soda so went back through line mentioned there is No Ice she said oh it melted I'm like no way in 5 mins did it melt she stated she gave us last few crumbs so melted fast. She could have Told Us when ordering they had no ice This store in Prunedale is out of Ice & Ice cream quite a lot. Why can't they go next door buy bag of ice??

You will never go wrong with a Whopper. Always a great burger to get, but this is the third time at this place that my order is wrong, which is frustrating. My fault for not checking before leaving, but it still sucks when you're looking forward to one type of order and get another, but at least it was a Whopper. Lol Just make sure you check your order before you leave, is all I'm saying.

Worst burger king I've ever been to. People are rude because they are over worked and under staffed. Ice machine is very frequently broken on the drive through, and servers never offer you ice from the front machine. They prioritize drive thru over inside sales, so you might end up waiting a while. The owner has opted to bring in kiosk ordering machines, rather than supply locals with more work. It's Definitely a sad time.
