Too much frosting lately. 1/3 of the cake is frosting. Gave them a chance 3 separate times and all time it's been the same issue. It's very disappointing sive the cake is delicious.

For many years, all the cakes I've ordered from here taste great and they are always accommodating on the style or image I request. Only took it down one star because I feel they are a bit pricey and beware they might be closed at the end of the year through the first few weeks of the year which I never encountered before since my son has an early January birthday that I had to order a cake elsewhere. Still would order from here again if and when my budget allows.

Way too overpriced. I was quoted $85 for small 8" ombré cake. I ended up ordering a plain white round 8" and decorated it myself. It was for a 1st bday, and I wanted pumpkins and she said she doesn't do fondant. They only print on the cake or do simple decor, but want to charge over $80 for a small cake my last time ordering from here. Waste of money

My cousin bought a cake from there cake was 275 dollars for vanilla flavor, I can't imagined the price for a Tres Leches cake was for 40 people. She took the decorations way ti over priced

Ordered a cake, the sponge of the cake tasted like it was from a freezer. So they freeze the actual cake and hide it with frosting. Not to mention the lettering came out back and they tried to hide that too. I tipped 5$ on top of the 45$ cake hoping they would put extra love into it but sadly no.

Went in today to check on a bday cake. Their prices are ridiculous. $75 for a 8" round. $175 for a 1/2 sheet! These are gourmet bakery prices. Went to Costco right after.. $15 for a 10" round and $25 for a 1/2 sheet. I was astounded at the price difference. Not willing to pay that for questionable reviews from the last few years. I know prices have increased on many things but these prices are outrageous.

Ordering here is easy, they always have cakes ready for you to customize for your party's needs. Within 10 minutes the ladies can create beautiful cake design. Must try the white cake with custard filling

Cakes are always good there . When my aunt used to own it she was more detailed and put effort . The lady she passed it on to is basic her designs are simple (just a printed picture ) and she overcharges .
Do not buy from them. Terrible service, didn’t have cake ready even after our multiple calls to make sure they had the order and promised it would be ready. Had not even made the cake we ordered so- very sad birthday for our son

I don't usually order cupcakes but this time I did. I needed them for a retirement party and the employees let me order on the phone 5 mins before closing 2 days before I needed the cupcakes. Super accommodating and the cupcakes were light, fluffy and not too sweet!
