Charleys Cheesesteaks

When I asked for food, the woman did not even answer me and called to another woman that speaks Spanish I had already ordered a combo. The woman that came to help was not very happy to help she was just like very mad asking what I wanted and I was confused because the other woman did not say anything so I said I had already ordered. Anyway she did some questions and then I paid. At the end she said I didn’t ask for a combo and she was mad at me. So the woman in the picture is the one that didn’t say anything and just called the other one. I guess because she didn’t understand my English. I wouldn’t eat here knowing they have such a bad mood to work.

service was so poor. Watched the plus size lady with glasses not paying attention on the burner with the meat for our sandwich. She goes at the back chatting with someone and came back to finish and wrap the sandwich and put two sandwiches on top of each other in a single container.

Great service. Philly Sandwich was delicious. If you're at the mall stop by.

The worst service ever! I don't know where you found the guy behind the counter, but he was rude and arrogant. He didn'tdid not want to be bothered with doing his job. Peppers and onions were raw. No tray to carry my food.

I love coming here. Not only is the food fresh and great but the employees are even better. For my birthday,they not only gave me a drink for free. I paid for a second drink and for the change they gave dollar of good luckMade my day 100x better ?

Really very good Philly cheese steak sandwich. We had two, one with everything and the second, original style. Grilled onions, grilled tomatoes, grilled steak, and melted provolone. This was a modification they hadn't seen before but they created deelishiousness!!!!

Charley's is one of my favorite spots to eat at the mall. Friendly staff, even when they're busy. Great menu options and good lemonade!

Horrible time here.....staff was very unpolite and had me wait an extra 20 min to get my sandwich even though it was ready....the sandwich was sitting out getting cold without even wrapping it up.horrible time.the lady took extra time to pit in the condiments and sides for each order, even tough anybody could have done it in mere seconds.Cant be treated like this just because I was the last customer and came at 6:35,before they closed and got my order at 6:56.Horrible time and horrible staff.
