The owner is very unprofessional, arrogant and rude. Worst customer service ever. He was rushing customers and hurrying them up to order all while moving down to the next customer before you even finished paying . I told him specifically how I wanted my order but since he was rushing me ,I don't think he fully heard what I said . He made it seem like an inconvenience for him to give the correct order . Additionally, he was telling the staff he would not have exchanged the order.
Honestly , I used to buy from this place but that attitude and customer service, I will just take my money else where .

I bought a bionic for $7 dollars ok, but he charged me $5 dollars for a bag of flour churritos, until I swiped the card he told me how much they cost, the sum of the two would be $13 but he charged my card $15 dollars, the truth is I told him an abuse and he only returned $2 dollars. Even so, the bag of churritos is too expensive, it is small

This place is located inside the Northridge Mall in Salinas California. Quality products. Quick service and friendly owner. Very well organized and the horchata with strawberries was great tasting. I definitely will return here every time I decide to go to the mall. I highly recommend to stop by and enjoy something refreshing.

Love this place. They always have fresh fruits and they give u a bunch of fruit with every serving! The staff is super nice and bilingual! They also have mangoniadas, nachos, Tostilocos and more. Totally worth the line anyday.

I got a mangonada for $7 just to get a cup full of ice and only a few mangos and the top. The mangoes where sweet and good today so that I'm happy with and as far as customer service they were really nice and helpful with me !!

I agree wanting to give this place ZERO stars! Horrible customer service and way too overpriced for brown mango! The girl has an attitude if u ask for a different cup than the one she hands you with the brown fruit. She is on her phone and eating before beginning to help you and goes back to her phone in the middle of the transaction .. she will make u get the receipt yourself from the machine and it might not be the biggest deal but I would never jump over the cash register anywhere else to grab the receipt myself. The location is the one by the food court.

The owner is so rude! He put the toppings on my fruit cup (he was skimpy about it) handed it to me before I grabbed it and it fell, he said to not worry about the mess and didn't even offer a new cup. Second time I went I got mangos that weren't fresh (browning and mushy), I went back to tell them and they said they couldn't do anything about it since I had walked off with it? The fruit stand that was there before was way better, nicer, and cheaper. I hope they get their act together

It is a terrible way to serve. I have been three times and hoping that there have been misunderstandings, but the owner always serves in a bad way and wants to do everything quickly, he even rushed my daughter on one occasion and I had no more waiting, if you want to be attended to I badly recommend it

I seriously hope the owner of this business is aware of the negative reverse discrimination going on. The woman that works there with the always loud blood red lip stick is a horrible employee. Her attitude is horrific. The rolling of the eyes the rude thing she says to her own Latino customers is appalling. This same attitude is not displayed to any other customer but to her very own Latino customers. Bad bad business. As long as she is employed there I will not do business there any more. Oh and I will help spread the word.
