I will buy my coffee elsewhere from now on! Rude and unprofessional employees! Closed early and locked the doors. refused service to sale me ground coffee or beans. They don't need or want any business. I will accommodate them with that! 😆

Over 30 years of great in-house roasting. I even load up on bean to take to Greece 🇬🇷. This place makes smiles the world over.
The service was excellent. They put a little extra Love in what they do.

Delicious water process decaf, great pastries, great service...but OMG the smell of Pinsol is horrible! I could smell it on the street and almost didn't walk in. Did the toilette overflow??? Had to take my coffee to go because sitting in that smell was not an option.

I visited only to buy whole beans from them. The person behind the counter was very nice and knowledgeable. I purchased Ethiopia origin and India origin beans. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a whole lot of flavor out of them using my moka pot. I'm not sure if it's the way they store them, but I expected a lot more flavor for the price. The beans I bought were sitting in huge jars, and they weren't air-tight. The bags they put them in don't have a valve either. I'm a coffee hobbyist and know a bit about beans. There's a whole process to the way I prepare and store my beans. I usually drive all the way to Santa Cruz to Lulu Carpenter's, where I get flavorful beans for a great price. Guess I'll be driving there again.

It's been years since I left this area, and I still miss Cherry Bean! I travel a lot and I love coffee. I always try to find the best local coffees, and Cherry Bean is the best coffee we had in California. They will also ship coffee to you, if you want.
Walked in at a quarter to three and the workers already had machines shut down and were closing up shop. I would think if you’re open until 3pm that would mean full service not just limited options. We took our business elsewhere.
