The servers are cold and humorless and for this reason, I will not go back. Truly ugly acting people as if they bothered by your presence.

We come in about twice a week but today just was the last. Barista always rude and seems bothered when we ask for a dash of cinnamon on the house coffee we make on our on the side bar, he even asked us to move to another counter today when asking for it because we were “in his way” even though we were on the customer side and he was inside. Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service. I walked out, the places looked closed, barely any customers in the shop, and I was the only person in line. The barista spent several minutes moving coffee beans, seemingly not even making a drink for anyone, just moving beans from one container to another, so I just walked out. I wanted to support a local small business, but I can see why they were so empty when I visited. There are far better local coffee shops. Your time would be better spent going to them. Stay away from Cherry Bean!

Great coffee selection and staff is nice!

Thr Cherry Bean is a cool little spot on Main St, in oldtown Salinas. They display local artists' artwork on their walls, have a cozy reading corner, and plenty of seating. It is a fairly quiet café perfect for conversing with friends. The menu's got a wide selection of teas which are served chilled or hot. They offer lattes and coffees as well, some inspired by Mexican flavors and drinks common in town. The staff is so-so.

I will buy my coffee elsewhere from now on! Rude and unprofessional employees! Closed early and locked the doors. refused service to sale me ground coffee or beans. They don't need or want any business. I will accommodate them with that! 😆

Over 30 years of great in-house roasting. I even load up on bean to take to Greece 🇬🇷. This place makes smiles the world over.

The service was excellent. They put a little extra Love in what they do.
