But this time I went, I felt somewhat ignored, and felt the staff, and manager, treated a couple of customers better because they were dressed more formal than myself. Cherry Bean is by far and large the best coffee shop in Salinas. They don't have great hours (close at 3 on Saturdays, Google My Business says 5.)They get extra points for all the syrup flavors, especially sugar free syrup. It's just hard to compete with Cat & Cloud, Verve, 11th Hour, Captain Stoker, Hidden Fortress, Carmel Valley Roasting Company, ACME, and other Monterey Bay 3rd wave coffee shops.
