Work in a nearby shopping plaza, and EVERY SINGLE TIME i go to the drive thru, they forgot something. Tonight was no exception. Apparently no training goes on with the staff in the drive through because the girl caught an attitude when i didnt move along and instead wanted to check my order. They are fortunate to be the only one in the area, or it would definitely lose business, unless im the only one the gets chosen to lose something from my meal

employees are honestly kind of slow, I placed a pickup order then changed it to drive thru and waited about 7+ minutes only to be told I had to go inside to pick it up and the guy at the window couldn’t do anything smh. Just grab the food and bring it to the window smh.

Traveling across the nation, I have enjoyed many Chick-fil-A’s. This is the first one ever to charge for water. Wow! I’m shocked. $2.95 for a medium cup of water?!?!? Starbucks has you beat. I’ll never visit your restaurant again since you price gouge. Even if you felt you needed to recover your cup expense, 25 cents would be more than enough.

This was our first experience. It was very busy with a double drive through line with about 25 cars on each side. So my wife and I went inside. Long line and the efficient staff so wait time was not long. I ordered the Spicy Grilled Chicken Sandwich and my wife had the Breaded Original Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and two Shakes. We were able to find a seat in a crowded dining room. Food was delivered to the table. My wife's Sandwich was warm, tender and juicey, mine was cold, tender and tasteful. Chick-fil-A is the In and Out of Chicken!
2nd time in a row that my order has been either wrong or incomplete.

I really don't understand.....you have an employee take my order to move the line faster, you have an employee hand my food to me to get the line to move faster.........and you still screw up my order! Oh I see the point now.....it's all about quantity, not quality!

Today01/02025 I came with my family for breakfast, we love coming here, the employees are so friendly. Today was different, I was assisted by a person named Lili, when doing the Order, she was not friendly, especially when she told us what we had ordered, I felt her upset, chewing gum. It's a shame because it's the first bad experience I've had in this place.
How do I supposed to eat my salad if they didn’t put a fork for me and any other sauce I ordered

I went here on October 7th and ordered online for pickup. I specifically ordered a kids meal for under 3. I didn’t realize until I was home (30 mins away) that they gave me the toy for 4+ (talking cards). My child is not able to talk let alone have conversations like they are for. I called the managers line and left a message. It’s now days later and never got a call back. Extremely disappointing in their customer service especially when people typically rave about it.
